This intimate little spot in between Banff and Canmore is a little gem. Staff is friendly and eager to help and the little cabins are awesome!! Ours had a little fireplace, complete with a kitchenette, a bathroom and more than enough room for myself and my girlfriend. Definitely recommend staying here. Also there was a Cougar in the area so... More

Two couples, as soon we entered the place looked horrible. Furniture extremely dirty, dust, floor black. Shower undiscribed filthy. We checked the beds, one of them definitely previously used, other not sure. We asked for a clean bedding, got it. But had to clean ourselves.

Do not stay here! They have bed bugs. Called the manager on call and told them and they said there was nothing they could do for us. We asked about a refund and we were hung up on so my family and I are driving home at 2AM. Thank you for ruining our trip to the mountains!!

These chalets are the perfect place to stay in the mountains. The quit rooms are great for a romantic couple or just the family. It is set in the heart of the mountains near canmore and the views are supurb. I loved my stay and I would love to return soon!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend in the mountains and it was great! Very cute cabins with everything we needed. We found it to be quite clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals (pans, knives, dishes, little stove and oven), which was also nice! We were very glad that be brought our own wood... More

Well.. I see here that people have been having some bad stays at this place, but that was absolutely not the case when I stayed there eight nights in February/March 2015. The place is small and it's definitely not brand new, but it sure does it purpose. I stayed in the cabin named "Spray Valley" which is located in the... More

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not stay at this hotel! Before we arrived, we were charged for a deluxe cabin while we had only stayed in a standard. Mistakes happen, right? Totally ok, people are human. Read on. Upon check-in, we tried to rectify the charges, but the front desk staff said they needed some time to review it (three days... More

What a disgusting and run-down resort. DO NOT LEAVE BELONGINGS OR PETS IN CABINS, they are not safe, one burned down Dec 2015!!! We were worried about this happening in our cabin due to exposed wiring, turns out it was a legit concern. You will not see your damage deposit back, even if you ask the front desk manager to... First off I say that I don't mind roughing it. I stayed in 2 stars hotel in Cuba (Herradura in Varadero) and gave good review cause it was clean! Read the review but thought they were fussy people. WRONG! I don't care for luxuries just for hygiene. This place is like being outside. That's how dusty. The good news is... More

My husband, two daughters and I stayed at Rundle Ridge Chalets for a weekend and were terrified by the reviews posted here. I just want to say that for what they are, they are not as horrible as some of these reviewers have said. At least, our's wasn't. They are old little cabins, but ours was clean. The linens were...
