The room was clean and adequate , no frills. We stayed here during the Christmas holidays, visiting family in the area. The bar restaurant seems to be a happening spot almost every day of the week. They serve everything from coffee to a full bar as well as food all day long. The WiFi worked better in the hall and...

Arrived and parked outside as mentioned in previous reviews. On check in the receptionist was very helpful with pointing out the parking and contining the check in while I moved the car to the hotel garage. The room was fairly average and was clean. The only issue was the single long pillow which was low/flat which didn't do anything for...

Stopped here for one night on business. The hotel is clean and the receptionist both in the evening on arrival and on departure in the morning were very helpful. The bar and restaurant are situated downstairs from the reception and there is a lift. The food varies from the tapas on display or from the menu. Eva behind the bar...

Stayed one night in this quirky town of Arrasate-Mondragon (never seen so many blocks of flats). The Hotel Mondragon was clean, tidy and the staff seemed so proud of their hotel. They were friendly, helpful and tireless in their work. Clearly the establishment has seen better days but the staff 'make' the place. Go and see Eva in the bar/restaurant....

I come here for work so I cannot use the good position of this hotel to explore this beautiful town. The parking is not attached to the hotel so you have to check in first (use the area in front of entrance for a quick parking). The room was normal and clean, nothing particular to mention.

This hotel is in the city center. The main problem is with a parking place of course hotel got thei garage but it's extra paid. Rooms are very clean and big enough. People at the reception were very helpful and very kind. In my opinion price is a little to high for this type of hotel but I'm always going...

A Basic hotel in the centre of town near the hospital. Which is where the first problem starts - parking. There is no car park at the hotel you have to find a space on the street of at a nearny carpark. Problem with that is the hospital also has no carpark. The restaurant is ok for a fuel up...

A simple but decent 3-star hotel in the Basque country. A little bit overpriced for its services. However it seems as the best hotel in the area.

I stayed at the Hotel Mondragon as part of a week-long global study trip visiting the Mondragon Cooperativa Corporacion, and overall the hotel is a very pleasant stay. The room I had was a single, and contained a fridge and TV with satellite connections. Changing the room temperature was quick, despite needing to always have a key present to operate...
