The food in their restaurant is a delight: delicate and tasty. The atmosphere is equally quite perfect. When they are full on it gets rather difficult to get served if you don't have much time or need to leave so make sure you reserve time for yourself for this experience. Only big minus: the personnel persistently refuses to speak English,...

Hello mr. Diri2014, Thank you very much for your positive review. However, we find it quite strange that our staff did not help you in English. Normally this shouldn't have been an issue? We also have our menucards in English and try to help everybody in their native tongue. It is possible that you were serverd by someone who does...

This is a great place for an off-site team meeting, brainstorming session or any other workshop. Facilities are well maintained, nicely renovated and clean! Also the served drinks and food are good. It was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel.

First night out on a motorcycle tour of Germany / Poland and a very nice hotel, easy and secure parking, excellent rooms with great showers. Very clean and nice surroundings. Odd bar times (it was Sunday) and no restaurant on Sundays which was a shame as it looked very inviting. Found a good option elsewhere in walking distance but very...

The choice for this hotel was a no-brainer: we were invited for a dinner in the restaurant and decided that staying was the most comfortable and safest thing to do. The room was nice and comfortable. Our room was however on the street side. Even on a Sunday morning there was noise from passing (heavy) traffic. No remarks on the...

We have just returned from a trip, having spent each night in a different hotel / chateau etc, and I can honestly say that we had the best nights sleep in this hotel, the room was very spacious (no 13) very comfy beds, and great shower etc, only glitch, no plug in sink! We did not eat here in the...

I am 67 years of age today. I have spent 24,455 nights on this earth with a very unhealthy proportion in hotels around the world because I have traveled far more than the average (more intelligent) humanoid. It doesn't matter how many nights you have spent on the planet, there as to be "a best night ever" and "a worst...

I stayed at the Hostellerie over 100 times during a period of 3 years for business. The staff are fantastic and the rome are simple, functional, clean and in keeping with the fabulous restoration of the old brewery buildings. In a quiet village in Flanders, this hotel has just a few rooms but attracts many groups for the excellent cuisine....

Great little hotel offering amazing value for money. Modern comfy and immaculately clean rooms. The restaurant is both amazing and amazingly good value for money. My only minor complaint would be no English television channels so pack a book. A good breakfast as well. Can't fault it for the price. Morsel is a tiny village so not a lot going...
