Experience is very bad for this hotel Rooms r not good not clean and also there is very serious issue about room Hygiene. Service is not up to mark. And the major issue is For Car parking. The food and services at the bridge restaurant are really good. The services are definitely top notch. Captain Suresh works there and he is very good and provided excellent services. If you are coming here then definitely try the food here.

We stayed in Ashiana Clarks Inn for 3 nights in May. We are a family of 5, all adults, so we booked 2 rooms. When we arrived, the rooms were allotted and to our surprise, it was such a bad room that I cannot explain. Items of Furniture were broken, and the bed sheet and Duvet cover were ripped and dirty. We did not sleep the whole night. The cabinet was so dirty that we did not even feel like touching them. Forget about keeping stuff there. The fabric of the sofa was ripped and poorly stitched. I hated being there and cursed my fate. After a long fight and lots of back and forth we were given two good rooms. Long story in short, never stay in Ashiana Clarks Inn. One plus point was the restaurant staff was super nice and sweet.

One of the best hotels in near by shimla mall road is just 15 minutes away walking distance the food is amazing ths staff is really polite and helpful The view from the resturant and rooms are really good. And also the prices of rooms are affordable i would suggest to everyone visiting shimla to stay here and just enjoy the scenic views of shimla city and eat some delicious food.

1- Door was broken. While opening making sound. 2- insect were roaming in the room . 3- water was not coming in the tap 4- bee hive was there in the bathroom 5- dirtiest room ever . Baddest service ever .

Courteous staff,comfortable rooms and good service.Food is good and the terrace restaurant view is amazing.The room had a very nice view overlooking the valley.The mall is hardy 10 minutes from the hotel.Ample car parking in the hotel was an added advantage.
