The property is located by the riverside with tall mountains all around. The central property has individual rooms with cottages interspaces across the riverside. An large excellent property with mountains and forests all around. The rooms are large and comfortable, however the top floor rooms have sloping roofs and some may find it quite inconvenient. The service at the reception as also the housekeeping is quite ok. The restaurant offers a range of meals including buffet. For the variety, quality and overall health and service standards, the restaurant is very expensive. The staff does need more training.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 year old daughter in HU room and had a fantastic stay. The location is near to namchi and pelling so you can reach out to any of these location within couple of hours.
The property is quite big and there is river also on the backside of the cottage rooms which gives amazing view from the balcony. Food and hospitality was also nice.
Only thing is where I feel which requires improvement is around activities for kids, generally I have seen there are lot of activities for kids in other Mahindra resorts which elevates our overall experience.

We family of 4 visited C.M.Baiguney in June 2018 for 2N & 3D. It was our first trip of club Mahindra membership which was complimentary.
It feels hot especially when you come from mountains to plains. We felt it hot in second week of June especially after finishing our 8 N& 9D tours of North Sikkim & East sikkim(CM Gangtok) due to altitude & temp differences. Our room was riverside facing waterfront near swimming pool area. Room AC was not working inspite of repeated inquires/instructions for repair, which was adding ghee in fire..!!
Swimmming pool is clean, pure water & excellent
Funzone/Gamezone/recreational activities with lot of variety, traditional folk dance full marks 💯 Excellent. All staff coperative & helpful. Antique piece shop, tshirts, local crafts items are very costly than market & even costly than CM Gangtok. If you want to purchase, buy from CM Gangtok.
One should go first to CM Baiguney & then CM Gangtok to adjust to drastic temperature differences between plains & mountains
Please select rooms near the reception/ activity area. Riverside facing waterfront rooms are lonely & far from reception & room service is late especially in evenings & nights; no matter view is better.
Food quality Excellent with variety.
I will be happy to visit CM Baiguney in winters only especially in Xmas holidays which is best suited climate for plains excluding summers or Monsoon season.

I along with my wife and another couple visited the nature of Sikkim and chose MAHINDRA RESORT as our stay fr the vacation. It takes only 2.30 hours frm the airport to reach the resort and once u reach at the place you will be welcomed with the tasty welcome drink and clam music and with cheerfull staff who will make u feel as home. The rooms are quite spacious and beautiful with all the amenities. The view from our balcony was awesome as we can see the river flowing from our balcony and the greenery on the mountains which were covered with fog in the morning, this view simply made our day. The travel desk of the resort was really helpful in finding favoured locations for our travel to make it a worth. The food was really delicious and had so mush of variety and options every day, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, it was just awesome in taste and quality. I recomend to stay at this Mahindra Resort at Baiguney to make your holiday a well njoyed holiday.

It was a nice stay we had at Club Mahindra Baiguney resort recently. Although it was less guest but we enjoyed the resort hospitality and services from the core of Their heart. We were also helped by Mangal to update us the latest open route due to heavy landslide. Thanks to Mangal ,due to his advise only we reached the airport on time. Stay at Club Mahindra baiguni. I spend 3 amazing Nights at Baiguney in the club Mahindra resort .Since I am physically challenged I was little apprehensive if I would be able to negotiate the hilly property .But my apprehension was put to rest by Pankaj and Amit, the managers of the resort. They give me a fabulous room right on the river which is a few steps from the parking and provided me a wheel chair.The room had a beautiful balcony and one can spend the entire time just gazing at the gushing river below and listening to the amazing sounds of water. The rooms itself was big and cozy with the interiors done up well. The food was quite nice. I would give a special thanks to the travel desk gentleman Nima who gave me a fabulous bunch of drivers- Arjun and Ashish. They helped me out like family negotiating the relatively difficult roads during the monsoon. Pankaj took special trouble to give me a tour of the resort in the resort vehicle and helping me around, he had a genuine sense of goodness which goes beyond his call of duty. Thanks Club Mahindra baiguni for a wonderful holiday.

Good surrounding but for elderly couples it’s a nightmare place as walking distance for food quite tough. Food availability in quality and menu as well as once there was shortage of mutton lunch time. So dining area needs more attention. The guides are great and the riverside picnic was wonderful. However would suggest guests not to travel to Sikkim after May end till September end.

Sad, cubby hole like rooms without essential furniture. If you order room service there's no place to keep the food and eat it. No place to keep your luggage on. Either balconies open to sheds and walls or balcony less cramped rooms. You cannot even open your window curtains since some painting workers right in your face on the scaffolding, seriously compromising your privacy.. Painting Work will go on entire January, I was informed. Teeny weeny bathrooms with old tired looking fixtures. If you take a shower all the four feet of the bathroom gets flooded tilll the wash room door. Pathetic. Restaurant food is overly priced and tastes avarage. In buffet breakfast Items are not replenished for a long long time, youll get frustrated and leave without having it.. Baked goods tasted stale and hard. Restaurant Staff lack etiquette training and unfriendly. Unlike other club mahindra properties where staff are always cheerful and courteous and go out of the way to help you. 305& 306 are worst rooms never to be taken. Some 9 river facing suites are there, perhaps only saving grace of this property. Avoid this property at any cost. We're cutting short our vacation and checking out early. Totally disappointed.

HUS rooms at Baiguney are more like Studio rooms in other CM resorts - quite roomy & good views of the river / mountains. There are 10 HUS akin to cottages. Looking at your family size & children's age, HUS would be comfortable.
