No better way to experience the Italian countryside! Great daily tours to immerse yourself into the local culture followed by a authentic Italian cooking experience. Gregory has created a wonderful experience that combines a wonderful venue and extremely talented staff to deliver on the ultimate culinary week. If you want to have the "bucket list" experience Casa Gregorio delivers.

For a full week we had the opportunity to learn culinary skills from the ever watchful Valerio who had the ability to teach experienced cooks and even the most novice of people such as myself and keep us all engaged. When we were not learning new skills from Valerio and his crew we were being driven around the area by...

We were there over Easter week. Everything about the Casa has been carefully manicured and planned. The chef, Valerio, was an incredible teacher. The classes are fun but he is serious about wanting to teach you how to cook Italian food. I am not a cook, and I learned so much from him. this is a relaxed and casual atmosphere....

This was a excellent week of learning to cook Italian cusine and touring the local countryside's food related business. The chief/teacher and the staff were excellent as well as the accomodations and facilities at the school. We were there in November of 2014.

This was an absolutely amazing week. Every day was so perfectly planned out and enjoyable. It’s taken me a while to write to post because it’s hard to put into words how wonderful this culinary holiday is. All of the people who work for Casa Gregorio are gracious, generous and very friendly. I went by myself and wasn’t sure what...

We had the time of our lives with the cooking and the traveling! It couldn't have been a better trip. Everyday we got to spend cooking with Valerio, then we got to spend the rest of the day with Patricio, Paulo, Peter and our sheep dog :) The food was the most delicious I have ever had. We made 4...

It was a trip I'll always hold in my heart. We planned it as a vacation from our vacation to Rome and Florence and it was just what we needed, and more than we expected. Everything was provided for us, and the daily excursions took us to places we'd never have discovered on our own. We had a blast in...

I wrote my first review 6 months ago after returning from a visit with my daughter. At that time, I wanted to give them 10 stars. And still do! We all know, that sometimes after you're back home, and time passes, the feeling of a great trip fades. I can honestly say, not with this trip! I'm still raving about...
