Rooms with a personality, with old, stone walls. Breakfast on the roof, with a view to historic sights. Two minutes walk to the village center. A good place to stay! Monika, the hostess, is friendly and makes a good breakfast. She does her best to keep the rooms tidy and comfortable.

Decided to stay here overnight when travelling from Tuscany to Provence. Really new little at all about Talking Stones or Dolceacqua. Despite the odd review to the contrary, my wife and I found Talking Stones really charming, and beyond what we would have expected. Monika the owner and host is a remarkable woman who has been solely responsible for putting...

We stayed here for a visit to the Monaco Grand Prix and what a great decision it turned out to be ! Very easy commute across the border from this gorgeous little Italian village to the Côte D,Azur by train and worth it for the peace and quiet at the end of a busy day...Monica is just so helpful and...

Even if the parking is some distance of the place and that you have to climb stait with your luggages, we think that this is the place to go. Excellente service, everything was great in the room. We went with our 5 mounths old baby, and had a good night dleep with a good breakfast.

My husband and I stayed at Talking Stones for two nights. Monica was friendly and welcoming. The building is beautiful and very Italian. The surrounding area is great to explore with lots of lovely villages. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Dolceacqua.

We stayed one night for a conference in the village. Perfectly renovated and managed small bespoke B&B. Our 10month old baby was well accommodated with bed or matress and a high chair for breakfast. The only negative I could possibly mention would be that it is not pushchair friendly. We would not think twice about booking again.

We stayed with this unique and really nice B&B for one night. We were impressed by beautiful terras on the roof, healthy delicious breakfast with wonderful view on the Castle. Monika was a fine and a very friendly hostess. Accommodation is very closed to restaurants. WiFi is fast. I strongly recommend this place.

We (couple with a 2 year old girl) stayed at Talking Stones for 3 nights during our summer holiday. All of us were very happy with the standard of the accommodation. The room was reasonably sized and clean. But what sets this place apart from others is the attention to detail which can only come about when someone's full creativity...
