After a "hectic" schedule, visiting places, coming to Abad Harmonia was a blessing!!! The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Room service and food was excellent!!! Meeting Mr. George, at breakfast, those two mornings made us feel at home. He was quite obliging and courteous!!! Google maps gave us a hard time locating (too many diversion options) this beautiful property situated at the valley of Azhimala cliff. Once we reached, it was like walking into serenity. Great place, great people, great food. Overall, they've everything you need for a perfect vacation spot. They have a really clean and well-maintained pool. Added attraction is the Azhimala temple situated at the beach atop rocks. Its a mind-blowing creation and amazes everyone irrespective of their faith. Beach is clean and has off-white sand. There is greenery and the beautiful cliff on the other side.

We visited Kovalam during the Good Friday weekend and stayed in Harmonia resort cottage. The location is quiet and nice. The resort is good, clean and filled with greenery. The staffs are extremely cooperative. I would thank Mr. George from the restaurant who accommodated multiple requests regarding child food preparation. The biggest plus point is the near by beach....chowara beach...excellent beach calm and secluded and way better than lighthouse or Kovalam main beach. Only suggestion for the resort is - AC swings were not working and cold air was directly hitting the face while sleeping. The cupboard hinges were broken and minibar was empty.

The rooms were spacious and the ambience was Good.. located at the middle of Kovalam and poovar, the place is a serene beauty. The staffs were so friendly and mr. Albin helped us a lot. The shop at the property is a must visit. Overall its a wonderful experience with abad..

Connected to beaches Nearest beach 300 metres Next 3 beaches 10 km away Padmanabh swamy temple 20 km away Nearby you see many Churches, Mosques and Temples Majority is Muslims and Christians Being a traveller You may travel Solo with friends,family ,group,corporates ,business people or as a couple and every time you may have different expectations based upon your type of travel. This place is little far from Beaches (3 beaches Light house beach ,Kovalam beach ,Sea rock beach) but extremely close to another beach (kottukal beach 300meteres away only ) and Padmanabh swamy temple(Approx 20km) About the property:- Amazingly maintained property with two different type of cottages and most of them have scenic beauty In front of them ,Flowers ,plants,grass,jazz, coconut and mango tress etc etc. About the restaurant- Staff was professional while talking and understanding your needs and serving you the food with etiquette you expect About the staff-All type of staff with whom we interested with from starting to end was good and professional. Good service. Beach is nearby. Food is really good. Ideal place for couples and families. Things to note: Kovalam beach is not nearby (9 kms away), but another beautiful beach is there at a walkable distance. No Alcohol available.

Stayed there with family for 2 days, though the resort is slightly small in terms of overall size, the service and ambience is very welcoming. The food is also delicious and features diverse cuisines. Mr. George from the service team was excellent, and his manner of serving the customers and catering to their needs was very satisfactory. Overall, a pleasant stay with a beautiful beach view and good food and staff service.

A very peaceful and relaxed place to stay close to the beach especially with family. The closest beach point is not too great or clean but you have abundant sand and beach line for a morning of evening walk. Superior quality rooms, cleanliness, and hygiene. They have a nice swimming pool with an acupressure walk around that can be utilized if you are someone who is keen on health, and there are Hammocks for some fun relaxation too. Service folks were great - very responsive and professional. Wide variety of food options including calamari among other sea food. Overall a great place especially during off-seasons as the you get it at a low rate. Definitely staying there when i get back to Kovalam next time.
