We stayed in a suite (804) which was large, well-equipped, comfortable, and pleasantly quiet, with a nice view of the city. The decor was subtle and tasteful, and there were several details which helped enhance the experience: an extra washroom, air-conditioning which could be controlled to suit one's preferences, and firm comfortable mattresses. The living room upholstery could do with a change, and the bathtub seemed unnecessary as most people use showers these days, and the hot water iffy at times (hot water needs looking into). The tub (one had to get into it as the shower was positioned therein) was cumbersome to get in and out of and could have been lower. Housekeeping was efficient and Rinku in particular was attentive to detail. The breakfast was by and large satisfactory and plentiful, and made a good start to the day. The restaurant was also satisfactory for the most part and I would particularly recommend the Thai green curry with diced chicken. We asked for airport pickup and drop which came at an extra charge, but it was reasonably-priced and efficiently arranged. All in all, Monotel exceeded expectations, and I hope it retains its standards and quality of service.

0 hospitality. Forget about welcome drinks, Even for a 10/- INR lays, you have to give 30-40 rupees as bill. In case you lose your room card, you have to pay stupid amounts. Even for urgent business black n white printouts, they charged heavily. Staying in a hotel of this cost, this much money doesnt matter to the user, but it spoils the overall mood.
My washroom had a stupid light sensor due to which lights would go off every 5mins.
An unclean pool at the terrace, which after 2nd day was locked and stood inaccessible.
The room service food was too oily and make my health go bad. Also the food will take 1hr everytime to get into your room.

The hotel is definently a 4 star possibly a 5 for its service. The security at front of entrance especially at the gate keeping unwanted vehicles off the premises.The receptionist are warm and welcoming. Also,the breakfast service is exquiste and staff are helpful, theyll bring tea to your table or anything you have requested and especially housekeeping, with Amal who twice cleaned our room and bathroom with great efficency and cleanliess and rooftop pool is clean all day round. We stayed for 5 nights and we werent disappointed at all, if this hotel is based in London definently a 5 star for the service provided for security and hospitality

Outstandingly good boutique hotel; clean, modern, and with genuinely pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms have everything you need, including fridge, really comfortable super king-sized bed, a safe, hairdryer, and very effective a/c. We can highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent service, stay was comfortable and food was decent. Special thanks to Mr. Sanjay to make us feel home. Rooms were neat and clean. Housekeeping is available 24 hours and we had to use the same at night 2 AM. They attended immediately…. thank you for the hospitality.
