Whilst there were some challenges with electricity during our stay, the rooms were very comfortable and the food was excellent. We were welcomed with a dance troupe and entertained by singers. It really did provide a sense of the environment we were staying in. Also extremely convenient for the chimp tracking activity the following day.

I loved this place . Right in the Forest with the animals. You could just sit on the terrace of your private little lodge room and see birds and monkeys etc An amazing experience -out the corner of my eye whilst in the bathroom I saw somebody was staring at me. I turned to see a big male baboon peering...

We stayed here for to 2 night during a breathtaking safari in Huganda. The lodge is located inside the the park of Kibale forest and you will do the trekking starting really near from there. The "rooms" are cottages: everyone has its own "forest view". Furniture are in tipical African style, large and cleaned. Wifi works well in the common...

Great place in the middle of no where. Chimpanzees tracking starts right there, so didn't have to get up to early to be on time for 8am start. Common area with bar and dining facilities. Drinks were extra and not included in accommodation price. Separate cottages in different distances from main area. Very pretty cottages, big and clean with large...

Situated right in the middle of the rainforest 2 minutes walk from the chimp trekking start point. It gives you a fell of calmness - however, the new road being built right outside by Chinese will definitely impact the serenity of the place. How I wish it was not happening ! But I guess need for connectivity and development is...

Our stay at the Primate Safari Lodge was really enjoyable. We couldn’t believe that the lodge was really in the middle of the forrest.
