not all outside car plugs work, so if you don't have a cord with a light indicator when you're plugged in you may or may not be frozen in the mornings during the winter. dated decor, squeaky floors bathrooms are also dated. there is a bar on site but it is never open. on the plus side price is good,...

This property used to be seasonal and it shows in the dated decor and mouldy smell of the entire hotel. The decor is something out of late 1980's. That being said, the location is great, it does have an onsite gym (pretty lacking but doable). The rooms are spacious and the hotel does have AC. There is a restaurant on...

From the beginning, I did not find the receptionist (a tall guy) friendly and welcoming at all. No one thought him to smile apparently! I was there for a three weeks business trip and it was important for me to be assigned a good room to feel home for this length of time I was staying. The room that was...

We stayed at Days Inn because it was close to the areas we wanted to be near. The first thing that set us off at it being a bad choice should have been when we stopped to see if there where rooms available and right away the clerk responded with, "Do you have a credit card?" The best thing was...

Thanks for staying at Days Inn Whitehorse. I'm glad you enjoyed our on-site Ricky's Restaurant. We placed you at the end of the hall because you stayed during one of the colder nights in Whitehorse, where each room at the end has its own heating control. Regarding the lack of supplies, we always have a large supply of toilet paper...

The heaters wasn't working and the temperaturest was minus 28 there was no parking the heat lamp in the bathroom didn't work. Pay full price for a room without heat when I asked for a plug in heater I was told they were all in use.

I'm sorry to hear that your stay was not to satisfaction. Unfortunately we experienced a big cold snap at the time and the wind chill meant that our central heater had difficulty keeping up in our building.

This wasn't a bad hotel, but not great either, spoiled by little things. The room was decent, but hot. No fridge. A single drinking cup. Big (thick) pillows which weren't great for sleeping. And there was no list of TV channels (yeah, nitpicking). The on-premises restaurant was so-so. The hotel did have good DIY laundry facilities.

Thanks for staying at Days Inn Whitehorse. Glad to hear that the room was decent. Unfortunately it is difficult in the winter to keep every room at a comfortable temperature but we will try our best for next time. Hope to welcome you back.

The rooms were small and crowded. Beds were comfortable but only had a small blanket and light bedspread on the bed. We had a room with 2 queen beds and only one spare blanket. Only 2 bath towels were provided in this room that accomodates 4. The lobby was newly renovated but the rooms need attention and new furnishings -...

Thanks for staying at Days Inn Whitehorse. I'm sorry to hear that the rooms were small but we are in the process of undergoing winter renovations in all of our rooms that will bring the rooms and hallways a fresh clean look! We hope to welcome you back again sometime soon and will make note of including more linens in...
