Hotel's Favourite
Nice quiet hotel on outskirts of the town, with friendly staff, ok beds and good breakfast options. WiFi is unstable and speeds are 10x worse than 5g in the same location on the same device. There's a nice seating/grilling area outside near one of the side exits, but that side exit doesn't have smoking pole, so there are cigarette butts everywhere on the ground.

Hampton's pricing all in for a kng bed for one night was $117 which was much cheaper than the two comparable hotels beside it which were offering their rooms at $155 plus tax. I was a bit worried that construction or something was going on, but that was not the case at all. The property is still clean and holding up just fine. We had a full breakfast in the morning while leaving, with pached eggs on the menue with french toast strips and sausage patties. the waffle maker was also available. so there is lots to choose from for the breakfast. Check in and out was easy and no problems. There are restaurants to the NW along the curved road that provides good options, all within walking distance.

Traveling through Canada we booked this hotel and it was very nice. Sheila the manager was very accommodating and stored my freezer containers for my picnic container. She helped me with getting change for the laundry which was very convenient whilst we were traveling fir 2 weeks. We parked right under our room and near the entrance so very convenient and room was super quiet. Curtains closed all the way which was important to allow us to sleep. The hotel might be suffering from covid-under staffing but overall it's well maintained. Could use a few touch ups here and there but nothing that impacted the quality of stay. I would stay again.

We booked by calling the hotel and that went well and when we checked in the process was very simple. Facilities were clean, quiet and beds were comfortable. Hot Breakfast was delicious and restocked as requested and one of the best we’ve ever had as part of the room cost. Would stay here again!

Reception couldn’t find my reservation, I had to pull up my email. Tv remote didn’t function properly, checked my credit card to reveal I was charged more than quoted. I was advised there was a security deposit, all of my stays at the Hampton I have never been charged a security deposit! We went for a swim and there was a hot tub, the hot tub had missing jets and peeling paint, in need of maintenance. No coffee station in lobby. Breakfast: tables not being cleaned, food at hot buffet was cold, advised staff they provided excuses instead of fixing the issue. Ice machine not working, had to go to another floor.

During all our stays we have found the hotel rooms always clean and beds very comfortable. Check-in and check-out is very efficient and friendly. Complimentary breakfast is well prepared and the hostess is always helpful and friendly. I would never hesitate in recommending this Hampton hotel to any of my friends.

The usual parts I most appreciate about Hampton are there: good access, clean, quality beds. The way it operates is something I would change. The pool is currently accessed by the front desk staff only - but there is no notice of this at the pool or in the checkin key info. The luggage carts are usually not available in the morning. The desk staff says it's because people take them into their rooms. Well the cameras in the halls should let you know who those people are and do something about ti. We wasted half an hour bringing things one at a time to the car. Others used the laundry tubs because they at least had wheels. This is not the Hampton standard and needs to be fixed.

This used to be my favourite hotel for travel because of consistent features and service.I spent three nights here and instantly noticed a difference here. The pool was closed, only one elevator worked for one of the days, my tv didn’t work for all three days, The pillows definitely were not a Hilton quality that keeps us coming back, The breakfast offering were a lower grade offering than all hiltons I’ve stayed at.They did compensate me a reduced price of $90.00 per day but upon my return for an extra night stay hopefully at a reduced rate also because of lack of quality, I was quoted $133.00 plus tax for a lesser room than I previously had explaining room rates change by the hour just like an Uber cab. We decided to go to Best Western Plus even after a $8.00 discount. The Best Western mentioned similar complaints from their guests, after a short stay at the Hampton down the street I’ve never researched or hesitated checking into a Hampton anywhere in North America but a third world quality seems to have seeped into the Hilton franchise . I now will preview the room and reviews before finally committing to be a guest. Another sign of the times. Pity. On a positive note they did finally discard the dead bird I informed them about that had remained at the front of the hotel along with the many, many cigarette butts.for several days.

Our team stayed there for a tournament. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered us coffee and tea as we checked in. The lobby was very clean. Our room was a little dark but very clean. The rooms are adjoining with wooden doors which are definitely not sound proof. We woke up at 3 am to hear the neighbors screaming at each other. We phoned the front desk. Within 5 minutes, the noise was gone. The hot tub was lukewarm at best. The complimentary breakfast tasted like leftovers from the day before. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating.

The TV did not work right; and when we called the front desk, they send up a repairman. He said he could not fix it. They did not offer to bring up anaother one nor to move us to a different room. Also, the next morning we discovered that the drain in the tub was clogged and running very, very slowly; so that you were taking a shower standing in cold dirty water.
We complained when we checked out, and asked that the room be comped; but were told would need to call back speak to the "manager" who would not be in until 9:00AM. I called several times throughout the day and each time was told that he was "in a meeting". I also left messages each time asking him to call me; but he never did. After several calls I was able to get the front desk to put him on the phone. He said even though he was the "operating manager" he didn't have the authority to refund my money, but that he would speak to the "general manager", and would call me back later that day - he never did call me back as promised. Over the next few days I tried caling him again, but he was always "in a meeting." Eventually I gave up trying to get him to take my calls.
When I got my credit card statement, I discoverd that they had refunded only $18.18 US of the total bill. I strongly recommend that you stay somewhere else.

Yes there is cable TV but not sure of PPV. We spent our afternoon outside under an awesome pergola and BBQ area
Super easy, first set of lights as you enter Regina, turn right and it's on your right hand side. You can basically see it from the highway. Pub/restaurant a 2 minute walk, clean, new, all good.
I'm not sure how much srry but I think they take debit deposit.
Hi - Unfortunately, we do not have a free shuttle that takes guest to and from the airport at this time.
