We stayed 2 nights. We were greeted by very friendly check in staff. We had a large room with a king bed. A couch that you could turn into a bed. USB charges/plug ins on each side of the bed with tables and lamps. Neat and clean room with a very comfortable bed and pillows. A mini-fridge which kept things cold. Microwave with a small bar sink below it. Large windows in the room which allowed lots of light in. We found the room to be quite. The hotel also has a pool with a water slide and hot tub. A gym and a room if you need to do laundry in. Attached to the hotel is Mavado Restaurant and bakery. Had a very enjoyable breakfast. Alos is a cold beer and wine store and Mavdo lounge with a pool table. One thing that stands out was the hand wrote note when we got to our room. It said they are glad we are here and to let them know if we need anything. Overall an enjoyable stay.

It’s a little on the older side compared to a lot of the newer hotels, but it’s fine for what it is. Our room was a good size, comfortable, and quiet. We used the pool and hot tub, which were both nice and quiet. It’s easy walking across the highway to restaurants, and Tim Horton’s is in the same parking lot, which is convenient! We’d stay again.

Looks good for the size of the room we got, its a 2 queen bed with a couch, a high table with two high chairs, coffee table with a small nook for fridge and coffee maker. It has 40” Flat TV, iron and board and some clothes hangers. Washroom/bath is a bit small but ok. What sad about this hotel is theres no complimentary breakfast not even bottled water which is very important to travellers like us

My experience with the hotel staff was amongst the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. One thing after another, I truly feel that the evening shift worker went out of her way to make my stay as difficult as possible citing all of her obstacles as “policies”. Some of the issues that I encounters, but not all, include being told I can’t check in without a credit card. Not only is this discrimination and something I’ve never encountered at any other Holiday Inn location, it simply makes no sense. Eventually they let me check in with a $300 deposit (as opposed to $50 for guests with a credit card). Staff at the hotel obviously don’t have any training regarding service animals. I was told “that my pet isn’t allowed on the 3d floor”. So many things wrong with that statement I’m not going to dissect it all, I’m simply going to encourage management to read into the law and advise their staff accordingly. At check out, no luggage carts and the front desk agent treated me as if I was a group of 20 spring break college kids and sent a housekeeping crew into the room to verify I didn’t trash it before handing my deposit back. No idea why I was treated this way but I cannot recommend this hotel. One obstacle after another, I left so angry that I was shaking.

A basic hotel. Good price. Good location. BUT the cleaning product used is overpoweringly scented. I've never experienced anything like it in any other hotel I've visited. The windows open to circulate fresh air but I still required antihistamines. I have to wonder whether the product has negative effects on the health of the cleaning staff.

Clean, modern rooms. Super-friendly staff. The breakfast is in the attached restaurant and I had to be up too early to go. Fitness room seemed well-equipped. Room had a microwave which was handy when I picked up my favorite takeout before checking in.

We had only planned on staying one night but because of unforeseeable circumstances we had to stay an extra night. The experience with the staff from the front desk to room service and housekeeping was exceptional. We had a dog and cat with us and the rooms for animals were on the first floor very close to the front door. The rooms were large enough for the four of us and the two pets with two queen beds large bathroom a relaxing chair and an office chair. They had a table that had wheels so we could move it in between the 2 beds and eat together. The kids got to play in the pool all day swimming and using the large slide. They had room service from a restaurant connected to the hotel and the food wasn't bad. The next time we come through here we'll be staying here again.
If there was any con is that there really wasn't a good place for the dog to do his business.

We have stayed at this property in previous visits, and they are as good as ever. The price is right and the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed our free breakfast at the restaurant next door and cocktails at the adjacent sports bar. The location is perfect for our needs to visit relatives and it is pretty quiet. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

What a disaster!!!!

The hotel was clean and tidy as it always has been however a front desk staff member "Bob" is the most ignorant and unprofessional person I have ever interacted with. He does not wear his mask and follow the Provencal rules and regulations along with breaking Holiday Inns policies and procedure. When called out and spoke to the manager she was great giving me confidence the issue was resolved.

Two days after i had returned to the desk to ask about my bill and the front desk associate "Bob" was clearly mad I had brought this to the attention of his manager and started fighting with me over telling his employer.

Worst stay ever in Holiday Inn Regina and would never recommend to anyone to stay here.

When we arrive tub and sink plugged but they fixed quickly.
However we asked repeatedly for the room to be cleaned and towels and everyday never done. 6 day stay. They did give Hilton point for the issue

Hello deforesttwila, Unfortunately we don't have an airport shuttle, and we don't provide park and fly amenities. You might want to check the hotels nearer to the airport if they do. We do have a discounted rate with one of the cab companies if you're going to or coming from the airport. Thanks, Management

Hello JacquelineCC2016, Thanks for booking with us! We don't have a patio at the hotel, unfortunately. Near the hotel, there are some restaurants with patios, there is also a water park nearby, and if you go downtown there's more patios and also a nice park and a farmer's market every Wednesday and Saturday that I'm sure you'll enjoy. See you soon! Best regards, GM
