Detailed Reviews
The breakfast area was not very large, but they had many of the things that I had only seen at more upscale hotels. Eg. fruit and nuts for adding to yogurt, shredded cheese and salsa to add to hot egg item, whipped cream for waffles. King bed suite nicely arranged with bathroom separating bedroom from sitting room with hide-a-bed, sink, fridge microwave and desk/table. Lots of places to plug in chargers etc.

This is a nice three story hotel in the east end of Regina. Even the cheaper rooms (like we rented) are much bigger than a basic hotel room. The separate bedroom has a TV and a great bed. The sitting area has another TV, a microwave, fridge, sink and a hide-a-bed chesterfield. Our room was absolutely quite all night.
The decor is a little dated, but things appeared to be clean.
Pets are allowed for a small fee. There is a complimentary breakfast (not for the pets, but for the people!), free ice machine, a gym, snack machine (not free) , and guest laundry on premises. The hotel is within a 5 minute drive of many big box stores, restaurants and pubs. The area is not suitable for walking.

Our room was the king accessible king on the main floor. Betty was friendly, upon check in, and as a previous review stated breakfast options were limited due to covid. Rooms were a bit dated, but it was very cost effective, an clean. Though housekeeping wasn't very quick and sometimes our garbage weren't done until a bit later in the day. However this could have been due to more time being taken due to cleanliness protocol.
It was hard to navigate with a wheelchair and the king bed, didn't leave a lot of room to move and turn...:(
I would recommend mounting the tv to the wall and putting the Microwave and fridge on a desk like the one with the coffee maker and office chair in the room. I could not open the storage cupboard without help --and I could not use the microwave or fridge as the bed did not allow me to back up far enough.... An ablebodied person could barely open the cabinet standing there.
If you have any questions to aid you in a barrier free design please reach out.

It’s a little confusing to find but eventually landed there. Chap on reception was Welcoming, friendly and polite.
Rooms are dated, but well appointed. It was hot so the AC was welcome. There were a lot of bugs of various size and assortment in the hotel hallway and the room.
Room was quiet. The Toiletries - shampoo and conditioner were good quality, and there was a plentiful supply of fresh towels. The fridge was clean and working. Coffee and Tea were available.
The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and take aways.
Breakfast was a takeaway buffet but supplies were sparse and when the morning receptionist was asked she restocked some but all of the items so there was a hodgepodge of items available. Coffee wasn’t great but the Tim Hortons was walking distance.
Parking was plentiful and open air.

Dear mansfial, Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to write about your experience. We are delighted to read that you enjoyed quiet room and the toiletries. On the other hand, We are very sorry for the unwanted guest you encountered in the hotel hallway and the room during your stay. We understand how frustrating that must have been. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the “Be Our Guest” Breakfast. We work hard to ensure fresh food is provided and that each item is available for all of our guests. Your review gives us the opportunity to correct any deficiencies we may have in our service. We hope you will give us another chance if you are in the area again.

I was sent to a room that had the bed quickly made, newspaper and card from previous customer were left on the table - the second room had food stuck to the counters. Run down, little things that were either broken or didn't work. If I didn't receive a discount for being a front line health care worker, I wouldn't have stuck around.

Room was conveniently located on the ground level close to the exit door. We have a dog so that was important. Pet fee was $25. Patio doors and parking directly in front made for easy unloading and loading the vehicle. Nice to not have carpet but new vinyl plank flooring. Perhaps a little noisier but much cleaner. Bathroom had been renovated except for the tub. Room was clean and except for some heavy footsteps above us off and on, it was quiet. There was only one chair in the room and it was like a dining room chair. Thought it was unusual to not have a more comfortable chair. We had an issue with the room temperature when we first checked in but when reported to the desk, it was dealt with right away. Breakfast was basic but okay. My only criticism would be that the parking lot and grounds were very dirty. But perhaps it’s because it was early spring and clean up after winter hadn’t been done.

Staff was friendly, and the walls weren’t as paper thin as the Saskatoon location. Our toddler slept all night without noise from other rooms. Room seemed larger than Saskatoon location. Room was very clean, the staff was amazing, even gave our toddler some snacks when we were checking out. Will definitely stay at the Regina location again.

Run far, run fast! A hotel room without a shower...This hotel is run down and shabby. Would never stay here again or recommend to anyone. Time for a serious bathroom renovation and some bedding that is more easily laundered between guests.

Clean, comfy rooms in a small hotel conveniently located near the TransCanada highway. Friendly, welcoming staff, and a grab-and-go breakfast includes an English muffin with egg, juice, fruit and yogurt. Parking available onsite. Main floor rooms open onto the parking lot for convenient loading/unloading. Tim Horton’s across the parking lot, and restaurants nearby.

We are on the opposite side of the city from the airport but we have Ring Road that takes you right around with a minimal amount of traffic to deal with.
