Easy to find hotel. The lobby has been updated but feels very cold and the check in deask are way at the back and very small. Not first class for sure. The room we were in was very dated, water stains in the drawers so I did not use them. The draw as lovely and very relaxing.

Thank you for sharing your comments. It is fair to say that the overall feedback about the new lobby as been overwhelmingly positive, however that does not mean that we should listen any less attentively to your comments. The purpose of the smaller desks is that the agent can come around to assist you if necessary, with one long desk...

Very enjoyable stay at the Temple Gardens. Room was great and spa was fantastic. It was so nice to have a room close to the pool so we could just pop in and out often Water was 102 degrees in the outside part of the pool - so nice. We appreciated the free parking too. A great place to stay.

Thank you for taking time to write a review. I am glad that you enjoyed your getaway and were able to take advantage of the cooler weather to enjoy the outdoor section of our mineral pool. This is the time of the year when that facility is at its best. For the benefit of other travellers I should mention that...

Excellent waitress staff, overworked and understaffed but they did a great job. Food was delicious. Our reservation was cancelled by SOMEONE?? and we did not get the room I booked nor the couples massages I had wanted. After getting into room, received an email to pre checkin?? We had this trip planned for months and was basically ruined. Was a...

Thank you for taking time to write. While I am glad that we had a very nice room available for you, I do share your concern about whatever error lead to your original room being cancelled. On another occasion this could leave us in a difficult situation and we will need to investigate how this occurred.

The time we spent there was great except for the one day when the girl that cleaned the room didn't clean the coffee maker or the ice bucket and did not leave extra toilet tissue or soap, none of which ruined our trip!

Thank you for sharing your comments. I am glad that the slip up of our room attendant did not ruin your trip, however thank you for passing this on. It is our goal to continually address such things so they do not become part of a pattern.

Harwood restaurant very costly for the quality and amount of food. Rooms are OK but it is time for some upgrades. Hotel needs paint in hallways and just a general sprucing up. Pool and spa area are very nice

Thank you for sharing your comments. While the weight of opinion about our new menu has been positive, I am genuinely grateful for your views. It is important that we hear from everybody and those comments suggesting what we can improve are valuable to us.

Thank you for sharing your comments. I am glad that you enjoyed the breakfast in our dining room. We are very proud of our latest menus. We do in fact have plans to upgrade all of our rooms, so by May next year even our standard rooms should be completely new from floor to ceiling. Some of the smaller rooms...

We went here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and found that there were a lot of things that were neglected and in need of repair or cleaning. The heater and the bathroom fan in our did not work. The red message waiting light on the phone blinked constantly. Front desk said it was because of renovations and nothing could be...

Loved this place. My boyfriend and I stopped in at the pool/spa on Friday evening. It was so warm and relaxing. Once the kids left it was even more peaceful as all children have to vacate the pool after 9 pm I think. Flags from all over the world hang above which makes it interesting to try to figure out...

Thank you for sharing your comments. Our adult swim came about after feedback on this very forum and it is good to hear from people now that it is in place. Of course we want families to come and enjoy the spa, this few hours is really to offer an option to those guests wanting a quieter bathing experience.

Bathroom was a bit grungy but room was OK (though lighting wasn't bright enough for reading . ) Apparently they're doing renos so this might not be an issue in future. Loved the mineral springs and restaurant - Great menu. Walkable location to entertainment and boutiques

Thank you for sharing your comments. You are correct that we have room renovations coming in the early part of 2017. Lighting in some of the spa side rooms is one area to be addressed. The latest LED lighting can create so much more usable light using even less power than traditional low energy bulbs. This should make a real...
