Water was very full of chlorine when we went could have been because of all the people not sure, also had jacuzzi suite where water wouldn't get hot, the food was great at the resteraunt, also they were switching computer systems so very slow on the front desk but were as accommodating as could be

Because we are old... we didn't realize the children were out of school. Next time, we would not book that week. We also were not impressed to being woken up at 5:30 by trucks beeping under our window.

We have been going to Temple Gardens Spa in MooseJaw, Sk for about six years. We meet our friends there and just relax. Sitting in the pool is totally rejuvenating and the atmosphere in the rest of the hotel is relaxing. Looking forward to our next retreat..

An awesome choice for mini-vacation. We had an amazing time. I would highly recommend it to others. The staff were courteous and always there to help, even when finding the best value deals for our money.

Great place for a mini vacation, nice pool and hotel. Needs some updating now, priced ressonably. Restaurant has good food, a bit pricey but the quality is reflected in that. Casino nearby is a nice option, and there is lots to explore in Moose Jaw!

Check in took 55 minutes in line (longer line than Vegas). Beds were rock hard. We were in the casino wing with a balcony. Opened the door and pigeons almost flew in the room. They covered the balcony (and chairs) in bird poop and would not leave, very loud pesky and annoying. Going on the balcony was not an option...

The hotel is showing it's age. But staff were very helpful and quick about fixing all that needed fixing. They should do something about charging for parking, even including it in the cost of the room would feel better than the nickel & dimeing feeling of 7 dollars a day.

The room that we were in needs upgraded carpet. It was badly stained and badly worn near the bathroom door. Remainder of hotel/pool/etc. appeared well maintained. Hotel was having problems with laundry service during our stay and pool towels were often out or in short supply.

Worst thing about the stay was they were behind on robes, which set us back a few hours getting to the pool. Fairly clean and quiet - overall, a little expensive for the quality. Still had a lovely time.

I booked for Feb 19-20th not fully remembering that it was Valentines Weekend and Family Weekend going on. We arrived and had the most comfortable king sized bed and balcony view. We had a great stay and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We love the quick drive to Moose Jaw from the city and we thoroughly enjoyed the...
