The hospitality was excellent! The location was great too, it was close to everything, including restaurants and main tourist sites, as well as the train station. Staff changed our room upon request, and treated us very nicely, we would certainly return.

Great staff but the hotel is in need of some updates. Our room had old and scratched furniture that looked like it came out of someone's attic. Don't settle for anything less than a superior room. Enjoyed our visit to Quebec with all it's charm.

We had a economy room reserved at the Louis burg hotel, but when we checked in we had been moved to a property across the street called Le 52. It was great large room with kitchenette. Location was close to nightlife outside city walls on grand allee, but also in the upper town just near the citadel. The Frontenac was...

The Acadia had nice rooms, good location to walk to restaurants, local old Quebec sites. About two blocks from the entrance to Old Quebec so visiting the Government building just outside Old Quebec was a 10 min. walk. The only thing is there are no elevators so try and get a room on the lower floors, although the hotel is...

Dear guest, Thank you for taking time to share your comments about our hotel. As you mentioned, we are close of everything, within a walking distance of all main attractions. But we do not have any elevator, but to help with the luggage, we have a valet/porter service to help you. Hoping to welcome you again during your next visit.

Stayed at hotel last weekend. What a great place. Welcome was fantastic. The front desk girls were outgoing and kind. The place was super clean. Our room was fantastic. Beautifully re done. Bathroom was great. I can't get over how kind the people are in Quebec City. We are only from Montreal but to get a waiter or service industry...

As with most boutique hotels, this one has its quirks. No elevator, narrow halls to haul your luggage up flights of stairs, no bathtub in our room and a room not much larger than some elevators. If you're weak, very old, or really want a McHotel, this may not be your place. If you want very good friendly service, clean...

Dear guest, Thank you for taking time to share your comments on our hotel. It's true, the hotel have many particularities due to many regulations, the building can't be modified like we want it. Result: every rooms are unique and it give a particular charm to the hotel. Of course we do not have elevator but we do have valets/porters...

It is not a cheap hotel but it is excellent and had everything we wanted. Our room had no view but it didn't bother us. There is no elevator so it is not as accessible for those who find stairs difficult. Also there is no restaurant so you will need to go out for breakfast. What mattered to us was...

Can truly say that I was very happy with my stay at Hotel Acadia. We loved the old world charm smack dab in the middle of Old Quebec City. We arrived early on a Thursday before check-in and the front desk was quick to help. They valeted our car, took in our bags and set us up for our room...

Quebec City lodging during peak tourist season (the week of Canada Day/July 4th) is expensive, but this very solid hotel gives you surprisingly strong bang for your buck. Great staff, great location. Highly recommended.
