We stayed for couple nights during Quebec Carnaval. Very convenient location. Close to everything. Is a big plus. Used a pool, which was a very small and water was cold. Didn't liked room service. Had to wash jacuzzi by my self. And during our stay haven't noticed floor cleaning. Stuff on reception was very pleasant. Morning buffet was good as...

We stayed at the hotel for winter carnaval and loved the location as it was directly across from one event area and a quick walk from other main attractions. We walked outside the door to XC ski in the Plains D' Abraham park too. Our room was spacious and the electronic wine vending machine in the hallway was a bonus!...

Our stay was great. The location can't be beat to easily walk to Old Quebec. The staff was extremely friendly. My only complaint is the awful wooden rails that surround the beds. We have bruises and bloody knees and shins from bumping into the rails constantly. (Honestly - no exaggeration). The rails extend approximately 4 inches past the mattress. We...

We travel frequently, and have yet to encounter a concierge service that equals this hotel. Michel gave us wonderful recommendations for self-guided and organized tours, and for restaurants, a hot chocolate shop (Erico's), and possibly the oldest market in North America (J.A. Maison) that made for truly memorable eating and drinking. The hotel manager, Michelle, was also extraordinarily genial and...

The location was perfect for our weekend trip, with plenty of restaurants right on Grand Allee. Very convenient to both the walled portion of the city and the lower city. The massages were awesome and we will be back.

We spent the weekend their for the Winter Carnival. The location was perfect. Close to everything. We could go out for a while and come back and warm up. We were able to see the parade from our window. The hotel itself is large but even so the staff is warm and friendly. The parking was very convenient. The room...

Because the hotel is right off Grande Allée, within view of the Parliament, it is walking distance to everything you will need to see during your stay in Quebec, and prime real estate during this year's Carnival. The parade passed right in front of it and some Carnival venues where a stone's throw. They have vallet parking (at a cost)...

I spent two nights at the Chateau Laurier early this month. The staff was excellent, the room was quiet and comfortable and my only complaint is that unless I got in the shower before 7:00 AM, they tended to run out of hot water. This hotel is located in the heart of the old city and convenient to shopping and...

4 star hotel, breakfasts, centrally located to Carnival venues, nice king bed room! The hotel also had an indoor pool, sauna , and outdoor jacauzzis! The restaurant (St. Hubert's) was great for breakfast, and OK for dinner if you didn't. want to go out. Great service, valet, bell staff and concierge! Loved it! an amazing value!

The location of this hotel Is fantastic. Across the street from 2 Carnaval stops, about 4 blocks from the snow sculptures, walking distance from the rest of the stops and right on grand Allee where all the great restaurants are. The room was ok, slightly dated, but very clean and well cared for. The pool area was small, but well...
