We came back a week ago today, stayed 3 nights at this location. We were happy with our room which had a private bath. Nicola was there to welcome us, extremely friendly, helpful regarding all our questions. Recommended some surrounding towns to see beside the old City, including map, I can say the same thing regarding Francois. I would recommend...

We just came back from spending 5 days at this beautiful location. I had called ahead and told Francois that we were looking at coming for a visit and that we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. He told us he was up for the challenge and would help make our trip the best it could be. HE WAS NOT KIDDING....

All I can say is Clearly the owner himself or those he tell to write any and all of the positive review. There is nothing positive to say. We travel around the world , we love to stay in the small hotels, our travel organiser recommend the Auberge Amerik. Terrible and the owner does nothing to make it better. He...

Hello , The Auberge is more then 100 years old, so every month we do improve the mecanic of this building. Yes, one of our regular customer did break a window with the conner of his suitcase, we ordered it and it did take 2 days as these windows are not standard and we repaired it ! The furniture is...

The host was extremely welcoming when we arrived, and ensured that we had everything we could need. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. There is a small bakery downstairs, and the Auberge is just a short drive or walk to the centre of Quebec City. All in all, a great base for exploring the city. The...

We stayed 3 nights last October 2013 and truly enjoyed our stay. We needed an auberge in walking distance to the hospital where my friend's daughter had undergone surgery. It was the perfect location. The auberge was very homey, clean and comfortable. Francois and Nichola, our innkeepers, made us feel very much at home and provided lots of helpful information....

The Auberge is about 1/2 hour walk or a five minute bus ride to Old Quebec. The buses are close by and run frequently. We were there in July and it was nice to have a refuge from the crowds of tourists. The room was clean and the bathroom quite new but it was hot while we were there and...

Enjoyed a marvellous time in Quebec City. At the innkeeper's coaxing I rented a bike and tried the shortest route from the bike path at our doorstep to Montmorency. I enjoyed it so much I convinced my partner to join me on a longer loop across the bridge to Levis. We took our time and ambled along the path back...

It was a great place to stay at. Clean and friendly, and perfectly located.
