We stayed here 4 nights and our rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. the continental breakfast was excellent and the staff were really helpful especially in recommending restaurants for us. we are in 4 different places that were all varied in all aspects including price and we were happy with them all.

We had nothing but great service and room. So centrally located to a local shopping and dining area; Plains of Abraham, all of which were within 5-6 blocks. We spent 6 days here and all of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to provide any service we requested-tours, cabs, phone calls to make...

We spend 2 days at this hotel in first week of August. Nice hotel. Very clean and beautiful. Our stay was perfect except the morning we went for breakfast. The two guys serving breakfast were so ignorant and for some reason, I felt like they were racist. We were the only "non-white" couple out of the 4-5 couples who were...

We stayed three nights and loved it. Nice clean, cozy room with atmosphere. Hotel is divided into sections with private keyed entrance for each which was cool as we felt we were in a smaller place. Breakfasts were simple and did not vary but were good enough to get us up and tide us until lunch in the Old City....

Really nice hotel, with spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel has a very convenient location and was one of the best places we visited in Canada - definitely recommend!

It is true that this hotel has a great location and that the staff was quite helpful but the room we stayed in (#6) needs a refresher. The A/C unit is old and noisy and the bathroom had a mouldy smell that went beyond the confines of its walls. The towels are not the best and they only provide the...

We stayed one night following a cruise from Boston to Quebec, and so arrived at the hotel very early after disembarking the ship. The concierge greeted us positively and it was no problem for him to look after our 2 bags while we headed off to walk around the old city. It is about a 20 minute walk into the...

As a party of six we stayed here for two nights following our cruise. The Hotel is typically quaint old world style with a very helpful staff. Breakfast needs to be booked for your set time and is a great start to the day with a wonderful selection of baked breads, fruit, yogurt, cereal and pate. For a few nights...

My friends and I stayed here recently after leaving our cruise and before flying home. It was only a $10 cab ride from the port. We found our rooms very nice and really large - especially after being in a cabin on the ship for 10 days. Loved the room decor & wood floors. I had a room on the...

I arrived at the hotel after dark. My room was on the second floor of the quaint walk up hotel in the historic area of QC. The Relais Charles-Alexandre was a cross between hotel and bed & breakfast. It was so perfectly situated that I parked my car when I arrived and walked everywhere during my stay. Nearby attractions such...
