This hotel is in a perfect location in Old Quebec City. Easy walking distance to everything. It's an old hotel with narrow hallways and steep stairs, but exudes charm. Not your fancy hotel, but if you want charm and affordability in a great location, this is it. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful, going out of their...

We loved the hotel. Comfortable, cozy, great location in the Upper Town. Friendly staff. Our room cleaning was missed one day, but the desk staff responded quickly to our request and brought us clean towels. We utilized the "Eco" option to skip room cleaning every few days, which saves a few dollars. We appreciated the kitchen facilities, but wish plates...

The first thing we were told when we got here is that this is a 2 STAR hotel by the staff. If you want better you should stay next door. The room was nice and clean and the Wifi was fine. THERE IS NO PARKING. If you stay you need to use the service that they offer for you car....

If you're looking for an affordable room in the middle of Old Quebec, this is the place to go. It's just a small room with a bathroom but it's super clean. What more can you ask for? They also offer valet parking. Location was so convenient that we made pit stops back to the room and we're back roaming the...

This hotel has a great location in the old town of Quebec city but the value stops there. $400 for two nights...there is no reception, you have to register next door. The stairs to get to the room are steep, crooked and narrow...good luck with your luggage! The vendor machines don't work and the channels on the TV have to...

We arrived at this hotel very late in the evening. You need to go the a hotel a couple of doors up to check in though. The hotel reminds me of an old Parisian hotel -Very very small with a teeny tiny bathroom. There is no elevator so you will need to lug your bags up the stairs. We were...
