Had a wonderful stay and the staff were first rate. We were surprised with and upgrade and selected at VIP guests for the day! Ordered Room Service to enjoy the suite. Beautifully presented, delicious and portion size was generous.

Loved the location of this hotel. Close to all the sites to see. Natasha at the front desk demonstrated an excellent customer service by offering me a room upgrade after a disappointing check in process. The first person to check me in failed to give...More

I was initially apprehensive about our stay at this hotel. I do appreciate the craftsmanship and detail that went into historical structures. I’m just not a fan of the room layout/facilities, particularly since most renovations are just a surface update with new carpet and fresh...More
Breath taking city and beautiful lobby!! This hotel is amazing, however I am not sure I would stay again as the room was just average and the real beauty of the hotel is the outside and the lobby both of which you can see without...More

We were just there for our 1st anniversary! They may have been talking about Saint Amour, which is supposedly amazing (albeit very pricey) for dinner. Also Le Continental is literally across the street- we went there for breakfast and it was wonderful (and reasonable). We didn’t make it to Saint Amout because both our nights there we ended up going to Le Sam Bistro and Le Champlain- both are right inside the Château and were utterly. phenomenal. Still very pricey but absolutely worth every penny and a rarity in dining experiences (especially Champlain, which we went to on the night of our anniversary). If you go, ask for Jean-Francoise as a server!
OK folks, there is also one in Paris. I have not reviewed that one and the person just confused which one I'd reviewed. (Lots of similar names between France and Quebec since it is a French-Canadian city!) … trip advisor... More
OK folks, there is also one in Paris. I have not reviewed that one and the person just confused which one I'd reviewed. (Lots of similar names between France and Quebec since it is a French-Canadian city!) … trip advisor doesn't appear to have any info. on it but you can google Hotel Chateau Frontenac Paris to find it... just leave off the Fairmont and make sure you click on the official site. Enjoy... see another paris review from a few years ago for a lovely boutique option that is very near the Arc...
