We stayed one night at Hotel Louisbourg in an "Economic" room overlooking Rue Saint-Louis. It was a very small room with a double bed which was clean, quiet and comfortable with very reliable free wi-fi. However, if you are over 6-4 I would recommend upgrading (my head nearly touched the ceiling!). Location is perfect for exploring the Old Town area...

Stayed here for two nights. Great location - easy access to all attractions. Very clean. Nice rooms. The hotel has character. The only drawback was that we had to check in at the hotel down the road (about 2 mins away). They did advertise this. If you have really heavy bags you may have to ask for help up the...

The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from Chateau Frontenac and located on a street lined with shops and restaurants. There is no reception at this hotel, so you have to check in at Hotel Acadia, it’s sister hotel, located just around the corner. You also need to use the phone at the entrance to Hotel Louisbourg to...

I have stayed in 3 different hotels in Manhattan, and I have never seen a smaller hotel room in my life. It was absolutely uncomfortably small for 2 adults and bags for 4 days. The internet barely worked at all which was very inconvenient as we were spending a lot of time planning our onward journey to Europe. No breakfast...

The Hotel has a reception in its group hotel a few buildings away so checked in there but after getting directions it did take me some time to locate the entrance to Louisbourg which turned out to be very interestingly done up with a small cozy room. Though the size is very small and movement is quite restricted but the...

I stayed at the Hotel Louisbourg while attending the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final. It was my second time in Quebec and I wanted to stay in the Old City this time and Hotel Louisbourg did not dissapoint. As I was at the skating competition most of the day, I mostly dealt with the night staff who were...

We stayed one night at this hotel. Since we had read some reviews before, we noted that we had to go to another hotel to check in first. But it would be helpful of the hotel provide detail information on email/written confirmation (we looked up details thru iPad while we were driving into the city. Without that, it would be...

Where do I begin? I read the reservation carefully knowing I had to check in at Hotel Acadia, literally right around the corner. We arrived in late afternoon. There is no reception at the hotel and the check in is done at another hotel of the group located very near (2 minutes walking).
