We stayed 3 nights here, was reasonably comfortable and good breakfasts. Great location, you can walk to everything, just up the street from the Chateau Frontenac, inside the old walled city. The hosts were very nice and as helpful as they could be given their (limited) English. I would rate the rooms as basic, with not much space, no air...

Stayed 3 nights in the B+B in old town. Very noisy, walls paper thin. Staircase very steep. One of the tiniest bathrooms ever. Smelly bath towels. Beds were ok. Breakfast was just alright, banana should never be in fruit juice. Hosts pleasant enough with limited English, happy to help as best they could. Great location in a beautiful city.

The signs outside the place were almost non-existant, so we were lucky to have gps or we'd have driven right past it. Parking was horrendous. We parked on the street above the auberge and paid for 15 minutes. We registered with the hosts, who did not speak much English but were very warm and welcoming. They gave us a private...

We booked a shared-bathroom bedroom and we were put in the top floor which has three other rooms and one sizable bathroom. Everything was well maintained and the bathroom was clean. There was also a sink in the room - good for brushing teeth. The owners (a couple) were very friendly and they prepared and served home-made breakfast in the...

Nice comfortable atmosphere - the owners were helpful and enthusiastic and took pride in what they were doing. It was easy to get around and see the city, and comfortable and warm in the hotel when we got home. Very satisfied.

We chose the B&B Saint-Louis after carefully reading other reviews and understanding where some of the confusion others experienced. Because of this, we had a very nice stay in what has to be one of the best locations in Quebec City for the price. We chose a queen size bed with a shared bathroom, which conveniently was not being shared...

We had booked this B&B Saint Louis by phone call to the owner a week prior to our arrival on Saturday Oct 11, for 2014. I gave my credit card to hold the room as we knew we had a car rental but was unsure of when we would make it to Old Quebec the B&B for sure. We had...

We recently stayed for 4 nights. The location was great. Located just within the old stone wall, minutes from Citadel and about 15 min. walk to Frontenac and the heart of Old Quebec City. Breakfasts were very nice for the first three days (all home made, delicious, fresh and plenty) but the 4th and last breakfast was mediocre. The hosts...

The location of this B & B is fantastic BUT there were MANY features that would keep me from staying here again. The breakfasts were fantastic during the first three mornings (different EVERY day and freshly made) but was inedible on the fourth morning! I guess they don't want their guests staying more than three nights. The room was shabby...
