Living in New York, we generally visit Montreal once a year for a quick getaway. After trying many different hotels over the years, we finally landed on Le Crystal and it became our "go to" for hotel stays in Montreal. Sadly, with COVID, the old Le Crystal never reopened, but Warwick purchased the property and happily reopened this past May, about 1 week before our scheduled annual visit. We were thrilled that we'd be able to stay at this hotel again...and Warwick did not disappoint. We had a Junior Suite and everything was excellent.
The location of the hotel is ideal, within walking distance/mass transit to anything in Montreal one would want to visit. The rooms continue to be exceptionally well appointed and spacious, with just about every amenity that a guest could want. Parking is available and reasonably priced for city parking. And the staff are as friendly, helpful, knowledgable and professional as I remembered.
We're so excited that this hotel has reopened and can't wait to see what happens next with its new owners! Definitely the best place to stay in Montreal!!!

The Warwick Le Crystal in Montreal is well located in Ville Mairie. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We booked through Amex and were given perks including $100 credit and an upgrade if available. Our room was 508 which was a corner suite overlooking Rue Rene Levesque. The room was great. We had a good view of the area and the room included a large living room with sofa and armchair, a dining table and fully equipped kitchenette with Nespresso and complimentary pods, a coffee table and large tv. There were floor to ceiling curved windows wrapping around the outside view. It was very roomy and comfortable! We also had a bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed, floor to ceiling windows, a large safe and plenty of drawer and closet space and another tv. We also had lovely Frette linens and towels. The bathroom was very roomy with double sinks, a bathtub, and large shower. No details were overlooked. However, there were a few issues. We arrived Saturday afternoon and apparently Saturday night Rue Levesque is cruising night. It was quite noisy until midnight, audible even on the 5th floor. The hotel restaurant Siam is off the lobby and we had breakfast there. It seemed understaffed and service was very slow. We went for a drink one evening and the bar is not separate from the restaurant at lobby level. It was very loud and congested. There is a pool and spa but we didn’t see them. All in all, we felt the hotel was well located, the room was very roomy and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and a good value. We discovered a metro station nearby and St Catherine street a few blocks away has wonderful shopping.

We really enjoyed our romantic getaway! We had a suite with a balcony and we were able to take advantage of early check-in and late check-out and we loved it. The bed is very comfortable, the bedroom is closed and it is separate from the living room. It has no window to the outside, so very quiet and perfect for optimal sleep and if one person gets up before the other. The room is also super well equipped and the mini bar is well stocked! I was very happy to find a bloodyceasar there! We were on the 7th floor and the view in the lounge was very beautiful. The swimming pool and spa on the 12th floor are really very pleasant with little music and couches to relax. It's a shame, however, that there is only one spa, but the view from the terrace is really beautiful. The restaurant is also very good for lunch and dinner but we were disappointed with the quality of lunch with, among other things, pre-cooked bacon and lower quality white bread. The service provided by all the employees we met was really very efficient and the staff were very kind. We were really able to relax and have a good time.

Myself and two friends drove to Montreal and stayed at Warwick Le Crystal in July 2023. We booked a Loft 2 King Suite and it was beautiful! The bathroom was spacious and allowed for all 3 of us to get ready at the same time and the room was clean. The only negative I have to say about the hotel is we called and asked for extra face cloths as there were only 2 in the room and there were 3 of us, and they were never brought to us.
The location of the hotel was amazing as there was a restaurant that turned into a nightclub at the opposite end of the street that the hotel was on, and another block over was a strip of stores and a mall. The Old Port wasn't too far away either, it was a quick and cheap Uber ride away.
This was my first time visiting Montreal and I plan on coming back soon and staying at this hotel again!

Stayed at hotel for 4 nights asked for a 1:30pm checkout and were told they would charge us $50. Not impressed Also the toilet is detached and bangs the wall which was mentioned on our first day - was not fixed. Great location and most of the staff are exceptionally pleasant. Beautiful modern hotel in downtown Montréal. My room was a suite with loads of space and a mini kitchen so I could breakfast in there before setting out to explore Montréal. Same price as a regular hotel room so it was great value and the pool and gym on the 12 th floor with outdoor hot tub just topped off the experience.

I stayed at the Warwick Le Crystal hotel in March and I have to say that my experience was exceptional. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and professionally. by the whole team. However, it was Mathieu who truly made our stay unforgettable thanks to his attention to detail and impeccable service.
The hotel is impeccable in terms of cleanliness, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our stay in luxurious surroundings. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and offer all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.
Mathieu was able to anticipate our needs and respond to all our requests with a smile. His professionalism and dedication to providing superior service truly stood out. marked out, making our experience even more pleasant.

This was our first time staying at a Warwick hotel and it did not dissapoint. Our room and bathroom were huge, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for us and our suitcases, lots of hanging space and lovely bath robes. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub, both were clean and pretty quiet when we used them. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We also used the restaurant, we love Thai food and this place was fantastic - great cocktails too.

My adult son and I spent three nights. Had a two King room that was very large. Clean and well equipped with the niceties such as robes, etc.
Couples with Thai-restaurant Siam which had good fare.
Concierge Helene was very helpful with arranging dining and a personal guided tour.

The staff at this hotel is AMAZING! I recently coordinated a business meeting for approx. 35 guests and it was seamless. Maelle made sure all pre-planning was executed as well as Maxime and Melvin who were all available to assist our group throughout the event. Linda and Andre were so attentive to every detail in our program and made sure every guest was happy. It is very refreshing for a planner to have such an attentive and experienced banquet team. The meeting space as well as the sleeping rooms were beautiful and well kept. We will definitely be back in the future!
