Came here after my nightmares with the Newstar Hotel down the street and their Dirty Bedbug infested bull. This place is super clean. Everything works. Very comfortable and cheaper than hell down the street. This is my spot for future business trips from now on.

This hotel was good value for the money. The room was average. Very clean and the bathroom we had was updated. Room did have a funny smell, but when I complained they advised it was the cleaning supplies that the maids used. Pillows were terrible....More

A group of 11 of us stayed at this hotel the end of March/April to attend the Toronto Blue Jays vs Boston Red Sox games. Great hotel, super clean and very comfy beds. I would have given it a full 5 stars had my reservation...More

Don't know anything about a shuttle service but the hotel is very well located in the heart of downtown Toronto.

I honestly do not know as it was in the winter. The indoor pool was really quite nice... though small.
