Great location, close to latin quarter and a lovely walk to old town. room was clean, cool, comfortable. Simple, but yummy breakfast. Parking for car was safe and off the street. The bed was super comfortable and had lots of pillows. Loved our time here.

Great hotel! Perfect locations near restaurants and the metro. It's run by a small team who are all very accommodating and welcoming. The continental breakfast is wonderful with toasted bagels and warm muffins. The rooms are also very nice. Will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel is a 3 story place with no lift so consider light luggage. We had a standard queen room on the 3rd floor which was very roomy. Located at the front of the hotel on a busy road, so a bit noisy. The bathroom was tiny and water pressure was terrible. Breakfast was included in our package, however the...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were very laid back and helpful with any questions we had. The room was great. The walk from the hotel to the waterfront area leads through lively streets and Chinatown. No need to use any transport. We loved it!

I spent two nights here recently. I came to town without having made a prior reservation, so I had one large room (mini-suite, actually) the first night, then I had to move to another, smaller room the second night. The staff made the move for me, while I was out biking. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and...

We stayed at Chateau de L'Argoat FI 2 nights at the end of our three week trip. After our pretty basic accommodation in Quebec City this hotel was a dream. On arrival our room wasn't ready but we were able to leave our luggage so we could return the hire car and explore the city. The staff were incredibly helpful,...

Great location close to Old Montreal, cycling friendly with a secured enclosure for our bikes. The hotel is clean and quaint with friendly and helpful staff. Someone complained about the breakfast being very basic but we felt it was simple but excellent and again the staff went out of their way to accommodate any request.

My wife, teenage daughter and I stayed two nights. The room, linens and towels were impeccably clean, the continental breakfast in the little "cafe" was a treat (even though we arrived quite late the first morning, a man immediately came by to get our order for pastries and juice and there was fruit and plenty of coffee and tea) and...

This small hotel is conveniently located on Sherbrooke East near Rue St Denis. The rooms offer a great variety of sizes and prices but they are all clean and the beds are comfortable. Although the hotel is not very noisy, it is better to book a room in the back. The rooms on the front, however, have more charm. A...

Chateau L'argoat is more like an oversized B&B than luxury hotel, but the staff and service are 5 star by any standard. Our choice was influenced by my research here at Trip advisor and I can say our experience was remarkably similar. My wife and I traveled with an adult friend. I booked the first floor suite with two queen...

Staying in Olympic Park & Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa)

Neighbourhood Profile
Olympic Park & Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa)
Named for the Olympic Stadium complexes built for the 1976 games, the Olympic Park and the surrounding neighbourhood of Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa) make up an invigorated area dedicated to "Space for Life." Around the Olympic Village's arenas and stadiums, Rue Sherbrooke welcomes exploration of its sculpture gardens decorated in the works of Jean-Paul Riopelle and its museum culture headed by the historical Château Dufresne. Maisonneuve Park offers interactive experiences at its bio-dome, insectarium, planetarium, and botanical gardens. For a change of scene, the gentrified space along Rue Ontario Est is packed with the city's newest, edgiest cafes, where an imaginative, youthful crowd sips foamy cappuccinos. A visit here is incomplete without stepping into the vast halls of the Maisonneuve Market, with flower stalls, wine depots, and local produce.
