This hotel is amazing! :) The decoration is very sofisticated, the rooms are very clean and the bed very confortable. Easy access, in the center of the city. The attendants are very friendly. I loved everything!

My boyfriend and I stayed here this past weekend for two nights and I would not stay here again. We chose it based off the price and previous good reviews but when we arrived we were very dissapointed. My main complaint is it felt very dirty, the hotel lobby smelled , the bright red carpet was tacky did not set...

I stayed two nights in a Loft suite on the eleventh floor. I splurged on this leg of my Eastern Canada trip as it was fairly expensive. But what a treat!! The views were incredible to the park behind and beautiful St Laurent. This room was right by the elevator and while I did notice some noise during the day,...

Went here with my partner. All the hotels in the area were booked so we settled on a two-bedroom living suite as it was the only one available. The pictures on the internet made it look great. We were given Room 405 initially. When we entered we initially could feel a damp heaviness in the room. The floor panels were...

This place let us check in early after an overnight flight, which was so needed. Very close to Chinatown which is so good for food later in the evening. It's walking distance to everything, the location is phenomenal. The rooms are very chic and the place doesn't look it from the outside. There is even an entrance to Macs from...

We stayed in the hotel Zero 1 for two nights. It was a good location to explore the old port and the 'new' Montreal. When arriving at the hotel Saturday afternoon (14/08) the receptionist was very cold and not friendly. She was not very helpful when we asked an alternative for the very expensive valet parking (58 CAD for 2...

Beautiful, clean, modern hotel. Rooms are spacious and equipped with tv, microwave, and a small refrigerator. They have a convenience store attached to the hotel and a nice patio area. Wifi is free. It is walking distance to many shops, restaurants and saint-denis street.

We recently were in Montreal and spent 7 nights at this hotel. We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Montreal. You are right at the entrance to Chinatown and 10 minutes from Old Montreal. You are two blocks from Rue St. Catherine's .... Fantastic location. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Staff at the hotel were very helpful...

Although the employees were kind, this hotel's rooms are dark, chopped up and uniniviting. Kudos for rehab of an old building, but everything is black and rough. The old structure has simply been painted over and the interior design was def on the cheap and depressing. The worse thing about it is that although it is "attached" to a restaurant,...

Staying in Quartier des Spectacles

Neighbourhood Profile
Quartier des Spectacles
The bar-none entertainment district for music and arts, Quartier des Spectacles is an interactive playground that delights the senses. It totals over 30 performance halls, with the vibrant Place des Festivals at its heart. The outdoor event space features glowing towers, glass edifices, and granite-lined bike paths, and hosts annual festivals, concerts, and comedy nights. The cinema, theatres, and exhibition centres are entwined with external art projects, exemplified at Montreal's Contemporary Art Museum and appearing along every walkway of the Promenade des Artistes in the form of sculpture and public works, from digitally-enhanced swingsets to glowing fountains. Design, performance, and alternative music come together here, a stone's throw from the lively Latin Quarter along Rue Saint-Denis, the quintessential after-party spot for dinner and a drink following a day of jazz, poetry and play.
