Louise and Allain welcome you with open arms. A shed in the back keeps bikes dry and safe. Just about everything is homemade with many of the fruits and vegetables coming from the gardens tended by Alain. Some of the gardens are artistically arranged with driftwood and other decorations. They invite you to relax on a variety of outdoor furniture....

Comfortable, clean, tasty healthy vegetarian breakfast, food, warm hosts, well located for events at parc Jean Drapeau. Let me book for just two days during three day festival (peak period). Would stay again!

My husband and I recently stayed here as we were meeting friends who lived in Longueuil and we had no desire to be in or go to Montreal. We stayed in "La Rayonnante" which has a parlour room as well as the bedroom. What struck both of us was the fact that the house is very quiet as is the...

If you wish to stay in Montreal but not put up with the parking, traffic, prices etc. This is an ideal choice. Alain and Louise are excellent hosts and the room was clean and comfortable. Access to Montreal is very easy and the local restaurants and bars in Longueuil offer plenty of choice. We chose to breakfast at the nearby...

We stayed in Au Gite a la Brunante as an alternative to driving in Montreal. Alain and Louise were very gracious. Breakfasts were excellent. The ferry and metro are 15-20 minutes walk away to transfer us to Montreal. Longueuil has nice restaurants, and a nice supermarche. We enjoyed the garden in the back for pre-dinner wine and cheese. Our room was...

We enjoyed our two-day stay. The room included a bed and a futon which worked well for us. The rate was very reasonable. Alain and Louise were very nice. Breakfast was great. It was a quiet location in a very pleasant neighborhood; we enjoyed the village center with great restaurants and nighttime concerts in the park of St. Mark's. We...

Just finished spending 4 nights at this B&B and will try to articulate what made this such a forgettable experience for us: First of all, the positives: 1) breakfast was good and Alain and Lousie tried to cater to our needs 2) beds were comfortable 3) Alain tried to help with tourist ideas but was better suited for the southern...

Short review for now. Just left. Book with confidence. Family friendly B&B in Art Deco style home, but also very peaceful as its located on a residential block of Vieux Longueuil. Shoes-off policy helps to keep house spotless. Lots of good eating nearby. Payment required on arrival in cash (paypal in advance only). Not ADA Accessible for those who may...

This was our second stay at Gite A La Brunante. Just like our first stay a year ago it was perfect. The location in Longueuil is just a short metro ride away from Montreal. Longueuil is a very nice town with lots of good places to eat all within walking distance. The Metro station is a ten minuite walk from...

We used to live in Quebec but we're now in Toronto, we recently stayed at Gite À La Brunante while visiting some friends in Montreal. Louise and Alain are great hosts, their house is in a great location in Vieux-Longueuil next to the St-Lawrence river. You can easily walk to St-Charles Street and find some good restaurants, grocery store, etc....
