I stayed here on a visit to summerside : very clean and neat rooms, however what made it fun was the wonderful staff that knew a lot about the area and were so helpful. One in particular was Joe , he was so kind and fun , he made the experience amazing !!!!

This is a cheaper, older property. The decor is decidedly 1980s and needs refreshing. Locals say this used to be the nicest hotel in town, but that was clearly some time ago. There is a pool, but it's across the street in a secondary building. Get a pool key from the front desk before you go over, because your room...

Overall the hotel was ok but could use some maintenance. We were there on a conference. Beds definitely are past their best before date. We were on the 4th floor and the only ice machine was in the basement. Also has the tiniest elevator I have ever saw in a hotel. No restaurant inside the building although there is one...

As soon as we arrived we were made welcome and once in out beautiful room the reception called to make certain that we were happy and if we needed anything. The staff helped us in getting to some tourist destinations and great food. The hotel it self is beautiful and close to the water. perfectly appointed. We will return
