Below average hotel. Ok service. Rooms and facilities were too old and didn't appear clean. This hotel need major upgrades and renovations. Front is too crowded and needs reworking. Hall way and rooms are bit smelly. Not worth the price they are asking for.

Cons: Hallway carpets were dirty, blankets are real thin, toilet sluggish and stopped working, rooms are old and rundown. Our room was noisy with doors slamming....thin walls. Pros: have all the amenities, good price , free wifi, free parking. Reception area was ok, they were neither rude nor pleasant.

My husband, our daughters and myself stayed the night here just before flying out to Cuba. We loved it. Quiet and peaceful, friendly staff, beautiful, clean room. We loved it and would come back even just for a simple night away.

I stayed at this hotel in November 2016. The room I stayed in was old and run down, with no refrigerator. I don't mind this as you get what you pay for. However, I \booked online through another travel site who charged my credit card at the time of the booking. The hotel 'requested' my card details as security when...

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Bathroom needs a higher toilet, roll in shower is big but water spills out a bit. Taps a little difficult to reach. Room door heavy to open. The breakfast was great. The decor was very nice and the room was comfortable. It was afforably priced too, great value. We will return.

Clean and spacious rooms, good customer service, close distance from Toronto Pearson Airport. Fine parking space. I would definitely consider this hotel another time. Small minus: the breakfast is tasteless and real cheap quality; I tried it only once.

It speaks VOLUMES when a manager won't contact you from the time you are staying at the hotel to 2 weeks later. I've left 3 messages with front desk staff that are helpless to do anything to address the problems I had. I'm not a critical person and can overlook, outdated decor, a chipped tile or even some service that...

Price was cheap to stay and breakfast in the morning was good. Our room was so small, barely could walk between the bed and the walls. Small fridge and microwave in the room. Our view overlooked the dumpsters and garbage on the ground. We weren't there for the view though. Mattress was really firm, not our favourite but some people...

Went here last week stayed in 119 King Suite with jacuzzi and I must say it was much better than I expected. Clean room, plants of towels and great breakfast! Overall it will definitely be one of my top places to stay when visiting Toronto!
