After a 4-hour wait Air Canada finally cancelled my overnight flight to Munich (at midnight) and put me up at his hotel along with about 100 other people. On arrival the lobby looked pleasant, slightly modern motif, and 2 attendants were on duty. Turns out that check-in took a while because my attendant was still training and never dealt with... More

Recently stayed at the Sandman while on business. The staff was pleasant. The room I had was like a small urban condo. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed. The restaurant on the main level had a varied menu and the food was good. Close to YYZ airport as well.

Just discovered this hotel today because of a missed connection. Air Canada sent us here. Fantastic hotel right next to the airport!! Great service! Beautiful 1 bedroom suite with kitchenette, washer and dryer and a safe. Nice bathrobes too. TV is rather small with so-so signal quality. The restaurant Moxie's was nice. Had a backyard burger that was sloppy, juicy... More

Ended up here because my connecting flight was missed due to bad weather. A bit of comfort in a otherwise miserable day. Close to airport. Receptionist was very friendly. A nice suite with a king size bed, kitchenette, was m Chnmxmz z. , dryer. Glad to have access to a hot tub. Made my day!

Excellent hotel. Stayed in corporate executive suite. Had fridge, stove washing machine. Beautiful balcony with view over golf course and enjoyed watching planes landing. Would recommend this hotel 100%. Great value. Front desk was very accommodating with request for late check out.

Good hotel, staff need a little enthusiasm. Coffee is usually available at hotels in this price range, had to stand in line and pay for a cup, not used to this. Rooms had minimal electrical outlets. Lighting was also "dark". Good location, close to the airport and a good selection of restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed here for 5 nights as part of a convention- nice 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen, washer and dryer, living room- all for an amazing rate. On site restaurant, Moxie's, was outstanding, and hotel itself was a hit with everyone. Seems like a lot of pilots and airline staff call this an extended home as well- between 4 and... More

We stayed in this hotel for a night only in anticipation of a next day flight. Chaos, disorder and filth - if we had to sum our stay up in 3 words. First the parking was disorganized - people were parking wherever there was black top and our impression was that management didn`t seem to care - I`m guessing the... More

We checked in here at about 11:00pm after an epic fail at a trendy downtown hotel. They matched the hotels.com rate, and we were happy with that. Parking was 12.00 which I thought was excessive, but hey, it's Toronto. There's a Moxie's attached which is great. Our room had a king bed, small kitchen, and a sitting area as well.... More
