Disappointing compared to previous stays. When we arrived the lobby was quite empty, the hotel did not seem to be overly busy, however they were not able to accommodate our request for a room on a higher floor. When we got to our room, it was damp and had a funny smell. It didn’t help that the air conditioning was turned off. It was just disappointing compared to the nicer rooms we’ve had every other time we’ve stayed here. I always thought there wasn’t a bad room in the place but I guess I was wrong.

Our family stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The lobby bar was open for two of these nights and we enjoyed the signature cocktails as well as our personal favorites. After a very long day at Wonderland we had a casual dinner at SOCA the lobby restaurant. The whitefish bouillabaisse was one of the best dishes I had in Toronto. The rooms were clean and elegant. All staff members were polite and professional. The location was the best in town. We walked to the Centerville Ferry, Chinatown, Kensington Market and ROM. CN Tower and Aquarium are just outside the door. Would 100% recommend.

I was grateful to have booked a room at Delta Toronto during a very busy convention week. The hotel is located across the street from the MTCC South Hall and has an indoor path from their 3rd floor to enter the convention center. Super convenient! The hotel is also right next to Union Station. I took the Union Pearson Express from YYZ to the hotel. So happy I did because the city was very busy with a Blue Jays game and weekend activities. Getting to the train and the train ride itself was very pleasant. TIP: once you get out at Union Station - take York Street to Bremner Blvd to the Delta Toronto and walk-in on the Bremner side. Do not try to walk to Lower Simcoe as there is a homeless encampment in the underpass area there. Avoid that street! The hotel is in good condition overall though my room - a suite on the 27th floor - is ready for a new carpet and living room furniture. There were tears and stains on the sofa and sitting chair. My room faced the Harbour which provided some nice views. Aside from some temporary music from their rooftop area, it was quiet despite being next to the train station, arena, convention center, etc. The water pressure was good and the bed comfortable. Service at the hotel ranged from we need training to non-existent. There was no concierge visible on-site and the front desk was always very busy so there was no one to ask any questions. I figured everything out through trial and error. Check-in was a bit frustrating. Pre-communications indicated that I would be able to change my credit card upon arrival but the front desk clerk kept confusing "guarantee/hold" with "you already paid for the room". When I requested an upper floor and Harbour facing room, she said "the hotel does not have your room type on upper floors." I think what she meant to say was that the hotel does have those room types on upper floors is it just that they are not available at this time. This is important because as an event lead who chooses hotels for room blocks, giving customers misinformation makes a difference. When she informed me that I needed to pre-book housekeeping services, I said it was fine to only have them clean my room upon checkout. She immediately responded, "You want daily cleaning?" Sigh. Upon checkout at 3:15 am, I told the front desk clerk that I was checking out of my room. Her first response was, should we put this on the credit card on file? I asked to see my bill first and she seemed confused. I had to ask her again "may I please review my bill first". She printed it for me, I approved and I asked her if she would please also email it to me. Never received that!

Absolutely loved this hotel, can't find any fault. Stayed here for 5 nights - the location was fantastic, the bed comfortable, the room immaculately clean and the view of the CN Tower amazing. The wifi was good and the water pressure also. We had a drink at the 4th floor bar which was nice and tried in vain to get a table at the ground floor bar, despite there being multiple empty tables, but that's a separate review! The staff were friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. Would not hesitate to recommend or to stay again myself.

You can’t beat this location if you’re going to Rogers Centre, Scotia Centre, CN Tower, Aquarium - it’s right next to all. It’s a bit of a walk to Eaton Centre (15 minutes or so). The hotel is high-end and modern with a more simplistic vibe than ornate. We had a room overlooking the lake and it was stunning. Windows are huge and clean. The 2 queen lake view room was fairly spacious but had only one chair - could easily have fit two in front of window which would’ve been more comfortable. Beautifully designed bathroom, very clean. Sheets were soft and comfy, not scratchy. Pillows were just “okay” - not thick, heavy down pillows that I prefer. The towels need a refresh - for the price of the hotel/night I would expect more luxurious, high quality towels - these were quite thin and looked well worn. Tech options in room were decent - no issues with enough conveniently placed outlets and USB ports. Nice large flat screen TV. The lobby was disappointing. I think the designer could’ve done much better. There’s seating along the side/edge of the rectangular shaped lobby but nothing at all in the middle, which resembled a runway. There could be some cozy, chic seating groupings placed there. Elevators a little slow and one was being repaired during our visit. Great gym and pool. Soco restaurant has great food and service. Hotel service was mostly good.

Great hotel in a great location near the convention center - near the CN tower, Rogers Center and the Scotiabank arena. Room and bathroom were modern and simple. Wonderful helpful staff-a personal issue arose and the staff were very attentive and helpful.

This hotel is magnificent! It is located about 25 minutes from Pearson Airport and one block from Union Train Station. It is beautiful inside and out. Rooms were neat, clean and well appointed. I had a corner room with a view of Lake Ontario. The staff was amazing! They were able to exchange US dollars for Canadian money and even lent us an umbrella when it started to rain. The hotel is located next to the Metro Convention Center, one block from the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, Rogers Stadium (Blue Jays Baseball), the Train Museum and dozens of restaurants. The ScotiaBank Arena is only two block away and is an easy walk. Loved our stay! Hope to come back!

Understaffed, long lineups and had to make reservations for everything from pools, dinner, breakfast, even getting our morning coffees took 40 minutes and everything cost extra. No thanks would prefer Airbnb with that type of service. Dinner was terrible and we ended up cancelling our breakfast reservation with an 1.5 hour wait.

I stayed at Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto on a whim as I was just taking a day trip to Toronto, but I have really bad nausea, so I decided to book a hotel so I could lie down and rest. As I arrived via GO train, the location was excellent. Walking distance (within 5 mins) from Union Station, Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, Ripley’s Aquarium, etc. Check-in was a breeze. The hotel was very clean. I stayed in Rm 4114. The room was pristine. It was a 2 queen beds room. Beddings were soft and comfy. Temperature was great. There was a mini fridge, coffee maker, ironing board and in-room safe. The bathroom had both a tub and shower stall. No hot water issues as I was able to take my regular shower that are hotter than the fires of Hades. Water pressure was great, but I wish there was something like a rainfall shower along with the handheld. The best part about the room was the view. Luckily, it was a clear day with clear skies, so the view was great during the day and at night. Overall, great stay. I’d book again just for the view….AND the points. ALWAYS, sign up for points anywhere you stay. Shoutout to my homegirl at Front Desk during checkout who hooked me up with extra tampons because I didn’t have any on me and there were none available for purchase in the lobby washroom. She’s a real one.

When my boyfriends 40th was cancelled due to covid restrictions I was scrambling to find an alternative. As we had to say no to all of our friends, I decided a romantic trip away would be perfect, and I was un the hunt for a beautiful soaker tub with a view for champagne and bubbles. The Delta did not disappoint! The room was what you would expect, large comfortable king sized bed, tv, mini bar etc with a view of the CN tower. The bathroom was exactly what I had envisioned. Beautiful large soaker tub for two, floor to ceiling windows and a view of the city. I even loved that there was a small table we could rest our champagne bottle on. Before our stay I was in contact with the hotel, the manager was incredible, she went above and beyond to make this stay special. I had ordered a gift from what our original plan had been to be delievered to the hotel, and staff ensured that it was in the room as a surprise for when we arrived. As well as a bucket, ice and champagne. Due to covid the restaurant was closed, but that was completely fine with us as we didn't want to leave the room, so room service kept us satiated. The food was the best room service I had in a long time. If you're looking for a soaker tub with a view this is where you want to be, you won't be disappointed.
