Wonderful hotel in the middle of it all. The lounge was clean and well stocked and felt welcome. The room was lovely, fresh linens and towels. Would definitely return! Great view of the CN tower and Billy Bishop airport to watch the planes land and take off!

My two nights on business at the Delta Hotel, attached by the PATH to Union, UpExpress, Rogers Centre and so much more, could only have been improved in one way: the tiny Cuisinart coffee-bag style maker just doesn't cut it. As one who was sleep deprived (travel) and in need of a really good coffee (and unable to take my little Nespresso this time) I searched online to see what kind of maker the hotel had. Thought I'd give you a little advance warning if you're like me. Otherwise, spectacular. No robe in the room but was brought one quickly upon calling. The people at the hotel - from front desk to the in-hotel restaurant/bar and my room attendant were all just spectacular. Thank you!

Very nice and clean, hardwood floors. Comfy beds. Nice gym and pool. Beautiful floor to ceiling glass window views of Lake Ontario. Central location can walk through the overpass from the UP express or union station. Literally across the street from the CN tower with lots of places nearby to eat. Walking distance to shopping at Eaton centre.

I maybe late in writing this review but while going through some of the pictures I was compelled to write this one. The views from the room is the best part. See some of the pics for yourself. The staff very courteous. Gave us an early checkin after an 18 hour long journey and did not make us wait. The hotel is in close proximity to the Union Station as well , Rippley Aquarium and the Toronto Tower ( can view them from the room as well) . The breakfast staff was helpful and efficient. Stayed there almost 6 days the menu was the same daily though. The hotel helped organize a tour to Naigara and that tour ( through VIP Tours) was the highlight of the trip. Will consider to stay there again

It's been a while since that I've been this disappointed by a hotel. The wifi in my room didn't work for most of my entire stay. When I called guest services about it, they said there wasn't anything they could do and just shrugged (no apologies for the inconvenience, nothing). Then I was woken up in the morning by an accidental call to my room. And lastly, they placed a $100 charge on my visa when I checked in. It's now been almost 2 weeks since my stay and I still haven't been refunded this amount. I haven't been asked for a security deposit in ages from a hotel. When I checked in, the front desk didn't even explain what the exact amount of the security deposit would be or anything and same thing when I checked out (I had to ask). I called the hotel today and was rudely told to deal with my bank. Really expected better from this hotel and would not recommend it to others. …

This hotel is a great one. One of the best I have stayed in in some time. Super great staff from check in through the stay. Beautiful views. The concierge room on floor 46 was amazing. Great food and views. Clean , modern, very nice views really enjoyed 2707, a one bedroom suite. Looked right out at tower. The floor to ceiling windows with great views made me never want to leave.

As a long standing Bonvoy member, I"ve been coming to this hotel for 7 years now and sorry to say how disappointed I've become. Seems like the same elevator is always down thus taking a lot of time to get to your floor and the restaurant is awful. The quality of the food is going downhill and my last ceasar salad was not good at all. No croutons, artificial bacon and store bought grated parmasan used. I bet the dressing was store bought also. Hope things get better or I'll be looking for another go-to hotel in the future.

Stayed five nights at Delta to attend a conference at Metro Convention which was conveniently across the road. Rooms were spacious and clean with all the modern amenities (USB-C ports, internet TV). Staff were very friendly and helpful, in all a great stay at this hotel.

As Marriott Hotel Members we were upgraded to a corner unit on the 37 th floor overlooking Porter airliners fly in over Lake Ontario. The other East view faced Marsh McLennan Skyscraper. Quick check in before 3 PM. Used the 3 express elevators on the East side to access upper floors while across the eisle on the West side, was for 2 fitness rooms and the Pool with whirlpool overlooking the Union station tracks. We were shown that the 6 elevators only work if the card key is placed over the " P " button Room was totally awesome with spectacular views. All staff were Munificent. Soco restaurant in house is nice with $40 with tax and tip for buffet breakfast. Left car at Home to save $35 each day charge. Subway, Aroma, and many restaurants across the street on Bremmer.
