The Delta Hotels Toronto garners high marks for its amenities, including a well-equipped gym and an extensive buffet. Guests have called out the comfort of the rooms, which boast modernity and beautiful views, though some have concerns about temperature and noise. Its prime location has earned rave reviews, being within walking distance to attractions, despite mixed opinions on value due to varied perceptions of pricing.
Service is generally praised for its attentiveness, but not without a few hiccups in consistency. The atmosphere of cleanliness and modernity runs throughout, from the stylish rooms to the well-maintained facilities.

Lovely clean modern hotel with everything you may require for a friends getaway. As friends we stayed in separate rooms, booked harbour view and also called in advance to ensure we reserved adjoining rooms, which was assured. However on arrival found the type of room, meaning with a view, was not available in adjoining at this hotel location. Very disappointing and after much discussion, was given rooms next to each other but not adjoining. It all worked out. The rate included breakfast which was served in one of their meeting rooms as all the restaurants are under construction. This all turned out just fine as an extensive buffet was offered including very attentive staff with lots of additional service. We used the gym which was staffed and offered lots of towels, drinks, and equipment. Concierge was efficient in getting us the any transportation requested for us to get around the city. Would definitely recommend this hotel and location, despite the minor announce of not getting adjoins rooms. Best to call the hotel directly.

This was our second stay at the Delta downtown the 1st stay did not go so well however they won me over with this stay. We were in Toronto for a Maple Leaf's game we used the valet parking which could not be easier, the 2 attendants were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. no issues parking our truck. Check in for us was around 330 this time no issues , about a 5 minute wait and our room was ready. We headed upstairs and settled in.
I do not like the glass frosted bathroom door, its a bit awkward being able to see someone using the toilet even blurred out. The toilet was right next to the one bed which was noisy in the night as the bathroom had a sliding door. Much preferred our room last time as the door was in the hallway and private. This time we had a tub/shower combo. The shower was brutal as there was no tilt to the shower head making it go straight out all over the wall and hard to wash with I had to hold it in my hand.
The view was amazing we had a lake, Ripley's aquarium view. The bed was very comfy, requested 2 extra blankets which were brought immediately.
We had dinner in the onsite restaurant I did not find the menu very appealing no pasta etc. so settled for a burger which was delicious my adult daughter asked for a kids menu which they complied and she found chicken fingers. There are many restaurants across the street and a Tim Hortons and other options in the PATH tunnel. This time they actually had the PATH tunnel marked in the elevator and it was easy to find, it was a 5 minute walk to the Scotiabank arena. Definitely my go to hotel for Toronto Downtown.

I stayed here for a work trip and love the location, modern aesthetics, comfortable rooms and service. Delta is part of the Marriott portfolio so you can use your Bonvoy benefits. The rooms are equipped with a shower, soapbox toiletries, safe, tv, fridge and faux hardwood floors. These are so much cleaner than carpets and love the sleek design. I was on the 35th floor and had an amazing city view. There is a club lounge on the top floor and gym and pool on the 4th floor. I ordered room service from Soco and the burger and caesar salad were amazing. I forgot a few items and requested them in the app and they were immediately delivered. The hotel is close to the train station and in a prime location to walk. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel is a in an excellent location just off the Harbourfront and easy walk to the CN Tower, Aquarium, Rogers Center, and Scotiabank Arena. I do mean easy walk. My wife and I stayed here for one of the Taylor Swift shows. It was SO convenient that, in retrospect, I don’t even mind paying the ridiculous room fee (Marriott took full advantage of folks coming in for the Taylor shows). That said, the hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The elevators were quick. We were on the 33rd floor, but never had to wait long for an elevator. The Concierge Lounge is on the 46th floor. It was spacious with plenty of seating and had one of the nicest breakfasts that I’ve seen in a Marriott lounge. If I’m back in Toronto for a baseball or hockey game, I will pay the freight to stay here.

I had a great stay at the Delta Hotel downtown Toronto. I was in room 4211 and the team went above and beyond to make it hypoallergenic for me. Would highly recommend this hotel. Their housekeeping supervisor, Kristie, met with me and asked what I needed and set up the perfect room while I went out for dinner. This hotel is only 10 years old so quite new in the Marriott portfolio. Great team, lovely lounge, amazing service, and clean rooms. Reasonably priced if booking on points or on the weekend. The location is also awesome right in the core of downtown. Will be back for sure!

Perfect location for Scotiabank arena/rogers centre
Stayed twice in November, first 3 days, then again 1 day for Toronto sightseeing visit and scotiabank concerts and basketball.
Location was main reason we chose - within 5/10 mins walk to scotiabank arena, rogers centre, union station, aquarium, CN tower.
Room was good, paid extra for the view of CN tower as likely only visit to toronto, and it was nice view especially lit up and night, but not really sure worth it. Room amenities were fine, everything youd expect for a 4*, and very happy.
Restaurant was good, and breakfast buffet delivered without being spectactular. Few things ran out too frequently e.g. bread slices with slow restock but staff were quick when asked.
Would stay again for the location.
Nice coffeeshop opposite - Aroma Espresso Bar Small late night convenience store Hasty market - opposite few doors down from coffeeshop.

I am very mixed about this hotel, it certainly should have received a 5 but there were so many issues I feel a 3 is high. Firstly we arrived at 3 (assigned check in time) left our truck with valet ($63) no issues parking our Silverado in the garage. This all went well. At check in there was a long line we finally got to us and there were no rooms available so they took our cell number to text when room was ready. While we waited we explored outside and sat in lobby. The lobby has flies everywhere. Staff were offering drink samples and bottles of water at the check in. 330 came and I saw many people checking in and walking straight to their rooms so I got back in the long line to be told still no rooms available. A few minutes late I got the text and got back in the line for the 3rd time. Many people were confused by the elevators as there are 2 sides and they only serve the lower floors on one side and higher floors on other many people lost. At our room we ordered room service from the QR code as we were running late for a concert. The order was incorrect messed up our burger toppings no big deal we ate it. When it came time to go to the concert (5 min walk on skywalk) we had no idea how to get to the skywalk so I tried to call the front desk, our phone buttons did not work Front desk, house keeping etc all did nothing when pushed, zero did nothing. So we walked outside. The hotel lacks information no signs for what floor the pool is on etc. ice on every other floor. The pool main fob access was broken you had to enter through the change rooms, our bathroom fan did not work, the phone did not work, there were no extra blankets and could not call house keeping, there were only 3 towels for 3 people. The pool was also very icky the floor was soaked with stagnant water full of hair, lint etc no way I was walking in it, there should be some one with a squeegee pushing it to the drains. For convenience I give the hotel a 5 and would stay again for this reason but not for anything else.

Manager Jack has no customer service skills, would not honor the price for valet parking given to us prior to reserving hotel and again when we arrived and vehicle was parked. Valet supervisor changed the parking price from $60/night to $128/night because vehicle was oversized (did not block anyone and did not take more than 1 parking space). Hotel was aware of the size when I called prior to booking and again we we arrived and valet parked it and both times staff confirmed price of $60/night. After we checked into the room the supervisor changed the priced and we were told at check out that although staff have never seen this before they could not honor the price quoted.

I stayed at the Delta Hotel Toronto with my daughter and grandchildren to attend a Jays game. The location is perfect and everything is within walking distance. From check in to checkout, everything was perfect. The staff were wonderful and very attentive. The pool was not working and the front desk called the Intercontinental Hotel and made arrangements for us to use their pool and they couldn’t have been nicer at their facility. The breakfast buffet was top notch with lots to choose from and the wait staff were great. Our room was the family suite which was perfect for the five of us and a fantastic view of the water. On check out they stored our luggage so we could visit the aquarium, we picked it up hassle free upon our return to go to the train station for our return home. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here since my husband and daughter were going to a concert at the Scotiabank Arena nearby. The lobby is modern and artsy, the room was clean and comfortable. I like the fact that the hotel room flooring was a hardwood look so it didn’t feel like you were walking on gross, old carpet. My husband said he prefers carpet since it’s softer on the foot though. Sliding bathroom door had frosted glass so it was a little annoying to see the light if someone uses the restroom in the middle of the night. Liked having a useable fridge instead of the mini bar type.
Convenient to have the skywalk (3rd floor) to union station although it’s not a short walk as it zigzags out and then back in. A huge plus is the UP express train that takes you to and from the airport for a very reasonable price of about $25 for a family of up to five! Enjoyed a very tasty take out meal from SOCO to go on our last night there.
