I booked an excellent rate for this top notch hotel during a very busy tourist week. From the moment I checked in, Paul at the front desk made me feel welcome and ensured all of my business needs were met. I was working in my room for almost 2 weeks. I had to have the desk and chair replaced because they are beautiful, but not conducive to long work hours. IKEA provided a desk and chair (with the ability to return for a full refund!) and the staff at the hotel removed the desk and chair in the room. I was blown away how effortless they made the whole process. Every time I entered the hotel I was always greeted with a warm hello when the front desk staff was available. It was very, very busy and they never made me feel like any request was a bother. Also, I needed to have a 5 hour meeting with a local vendor. They put me into this beautiful library room off the restaurant. The internet was very fast, the setting was professional yet chic, and my meeting was a huge success. I'm so grateful to Paul and the entire front desk staff who helped to make my stay so comfortable and successful.

We always stayed at motel 6 in china-town when we were in Toronto, unfortunately this hotel did not survive the pandemic. The Pantages hotel was a pleasant surprise, we received a very friendly welcome. The room was very large (king-suite), especially by Dutch standards, own kitchen, washing machine, dryer we had room 1702 on the 17th floor, beautiful view of eaton center and Toronto. All tourist attractions within walking distance , a starbucks and subway opposite the hotel and a 24 hour shop around the corner . We will definitely book again next time (provided the price remains right)

Great central location across eaton centre and near pharmacy and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean and room is modern and spacious. Less ideal: no security box in room, gym is very tiny without free weights, the bar/restaurant is closed (due to Covid it was shut down but plan is to eventually open up as more people stay as it has to be profitable to run-fair point). My king bed mattress was soft and pillows equally. Would I stay here again? Yes, as location/price makes it net positive experience. Frans breakfast place is attached beside hotel for meals.

My daughter stayed there for her birthday and had to sign a waiver to say she was not to party in her room, also checking out she had a late checkout and was called and told she had 15 min to vacate or they would charge her for the night. In her haste a birthday present I gave her was left behind. When I called the hotel to take this up with them Jennifer Bowers told me that they would not do anything to compensate my daughter or replace the item. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Instead of being proactive and taking care of the client they just do not care!!!!

No complaints at all. Welcoming helpful staff, clean and comfortable. The room was very impressive with all the comforts we needed. Central location, everything seemed 20mins walk in whichever direction. The room over looked the shopping centre so no noise. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Pantages for the first time because of an appointment at St. Michael’s Hospital. I liked that they offered a good discount for St. Michael’s patients and the location was very convenient. We found it to be very noisy though as Massey Hall is right across the street, a show finished up around 11pm and it was extremely loud in our room as we tried to get some sleep for an early morning. The worst part though is that we found a dirty bra under the nightstand, it was as if nobody tried to even really clean the room. When we told the front desk all we got was a “sorry.” The fitted sheet was also not put on the bed correctly and would not stay on. Overall, I will not stay here again for future appointments.

Our stay at Pantages was amazing! We were given an upgraded room + wifi. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. It was really close to the city, trains and mall. Would definitely recommend for anyone in Toronto. Hotel bar was amazing. The bartender Scott was very kind and a good conversation. If I find myself back in Toronto definitely staying again!

We stayed at Pantages Hotel for the Jays season opener, for our sons birthday. They have upgraded the hotel recently. We met Pella at the front desk and she was wonderful! She showed us a few rooms and we ended up being upgraded. Our room was so clean and spacious, I wish we had stayed longer. She was lovely to deal with, and our stay was perfect! We will for sure stay there again. Thank you Pella! You really know how to make people feel special!
