Our stay for the last six months with Delsuites was a better experience than I hoped for. The apartment was well furnished. The location is one of the best locations in toronto, close to the downtown but not too close. As for the exact location of the building, it's a 3-4 minutes walk from Yonge street and about 8-10 minutes... More

I stayed with Del Suites at the Republic at 70 Roehampton Ave for 6 weeks in Jan and Feb of this year and absolutely loved my stay! It was a complete life saver as I was renovating my condo at the time. It was competitively priced to other furnished rental places that included louse keeping once per week, parking, cable... More

We stayed at this property for the month of November having sold our home in Toronto and before heading South for the winter months. The one bedroom unit was perfectly equipped for the two of us, and even had a very comfortable sofa bed for my daughter who lives in NY when she visited for a few days. The high... More

We, a family of four, stayed at Del Suites Republic on 70 Roehampton Avenue in a one-plus suite (with pull-out sofa bed in the living area) for 7 weeks in July-August. The suite was large with good quality furnishings, lots of closet space, a very well-equipped kitchen, bonus foyer-cum-office room, and lovely balconies to enjoy the summer sun. Building amenities... Staying in North End

Neighbourhood Profile
North End
The North End is a nucleus of specialty food restaurants and shops, especially around its Mount Pleasant Village area. Frequented by antiquers for its numerous collectable shops, furniture spots, and oddity stores, the North End is a maverick of the quaint and quality. Vintage toy stores, accessory shops, and cinemas welcome perusers to step back in time, while the wide pedestrian squares and the large medical and business community inject it with a dose of modernity. With numerous cafes and Toronto's greatest number of independent booksellers, it isn't uncommon to see folks in this area at their leisure, reading outdoors and in eateries, and taking life a bit more slowly – even if it's only during their lunch break.

“Lots of construction going on really close by (summer only), so a higher floor is better. Lovely sunset views and warm sunshine in rooms with west-facing balconies.”
