Dear martinbutler888, Thank you for your kind comment regarding your recent stay, and for your loyalty as a platinum status guest. While we are thrilled to have finally unveiled at Canada's first St. Regis, I am equally glad to know that you had a wonderful experience in the midst of our "re-imagination." We look forward to welcoming you back to experience our newly opened restaurant, Louix Louis, and again to the hotel for a truly bespoke experience at St. Regis Toronto. Warm regards, Tim Terceira, General Manager

Dear TorontoFanula, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience on Trip Advisor, and for trusting in us to take great care of you. I can agree that your booking experience was less than perfect, and your honesty has been a great tool to strengthen our service, as is your comment regarding the pool. I am thrilled to read that you enjoyed your comfortable suite, as well as your experience at Louix Louis. I will certainly share your comments with our team and Chef Guilllaume Robin, who will be proud to know that you enjoyed your culinary experience. We look forward to our next opportunity to welcome you back, for an even more exceptional stay. Warm regards, Tim Terceira, General Manager

What is the charge for Pearson Airport shuttle?
Thank you for the question. We do not have any shuttle services available. However, we do offer taxi and limo pick up. Alternatively, we recommend taking UP Express from the airport to union station and vice versa ($9 for adults each way). Let us know if there is anything else that we can further assist you with. Looking forward to welcoming you to the property!
