My friend and I were making a visit to Toronto and we both hadn't been there since we were kids. The hotel we booked was in a very sketchy area and we ended up canceling so were left without a hotel room. We found Pearsons and the guy at the desk was very nice and got us a room. The...

Do not book with this dishonest hotel. We booked a room 6 months ahead of needing it and had to cancel shortly after booking 6 MONTHS BEFORE WE WERE TO ARRIVE!!! They have refused to cancel and give us our money back. It's pretty bad when a hotel needs the money that bad that with 6 months notice they will...

The hotel's crew are kidding to have a hotel... They cancelled my reservation without notified me or the reservation operator. Cause, they do not accept AMEX CC. Well, if you do not accept AMEX CC, do not accept the reservation that I did, 3 months before. Why do you wait the guest to enter in the hotel, to inform him...

We had booked Pearson Hotel through Expedia. We called from airport and were shuttled to hotel during a snowstorm. Even though the room had been paid in full and we had called the hotel called earlier in the day to confirm late arrival (flight landed at 1am), they had given away our room and were completely full with no rooms...

If you picked this hotel because it was "close to the airport" you'd be surprised to drive at least 10 minutes out. Good luck with the free shuttle service. It might, eventually, come get you. It only took 38 minutes after being quoted 5 for us. Don't rely on a wake up call to catch the shuttle either. We also...

This hotel we stayed for one night. Very comfy beds. Free airport shuttle and a free breakfast. Coffee was good. Free wifi which was fast. Smooth checkin and check out. Very close to the international airport. Lots of trucks around so wouldn't suggest staying here if you wanted to do a vacation and see the city centre. Staff were very...

First, why all of the bad reviews? Stayed for one night feb 17th, the check in was easy and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful, juice coffee cereal bagels and a pleasant surprise, make your own waffle. Much more than expected. I would...

This hotel is fine to stay at if you're catching a morning flight out of Pearson. It isn't close to the strip to walk to any restaurants so you need to drive or call a cab. Cab drive is only about $10. & a nice way to go if you'd like to enjoy a cocktail or wine with dinner. Rooms...

I stayed here in February, Took shuttle from the Airport. Waited nearly an hour to get checked in, only one person at the counter. I got to my room at 11pm only to discover that the curtains wouldn't close, it was the ground floor and only shears on the windows. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, the toilet, bathtub and floor was...
