Booked and payed through Expedia for 4 ppl and the booking says 4 ppl. When we went to leave (not when we checked in) they told us we had to pay $25 more because we had 4 ppl. There was ppl screaming at 1am and slamming doors. Also the rooms were not the cleanest. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This hotel was a bit too far out of town, but we were only there for one night, a bit confusing to call it an Airport hotel. Breakfast was included and very good. Staff very helpful and friendly Shuttle bus Rooms great. The hotel is well decked out for conferences, a few small board rooms, obviously used for business.

Worst choice. This property is a joke. NO TOILET SEAT, stained bedding, mysterious attachment to our TV (looked like a camera). When we told them about the missing toilet seat..."well umm you should talk to the manager Sam in the morning" Turns out Sam, when the front desk contacted him for me on my check out...didnt want to talk to...

This hotel offers excellent service and accommodation at an excellent price. We were allowed to park our car there for the week since we had booked a room for the night when we returned from the Dominican Republic. $7/day was the fee to park. There is also a continental breakfast that is included in the morning. I will stay again.

Nothing more than a Days Inn Motel with a fresh coat of paint. The staff was not nice or inviting at all. I had this feeling like I was talking to a robot who's response to everything is "no we don't do that". The location is horrible, especially if you do not have a vehicle. If you reserve the hotel...

Arrived into Toronto late, called this hotel for a quote for 4 adults, response was $99.00/ni. I called a couple more hotels and then called the Pearson back as this was the best rate and reconfirmed for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, still he responded with $99.00. We asked for a pick but he would not send the driver until...

We reserved the park, sleep, fly for our stay on March 7, 2016. This reservation included 10 days of parking. Our room was clean, typical hotel setting. After being given our ticket to put on display in the car window, we proceeded to attempt to park our car. I say attempt because the outcome was that there was no parking...

Total scam. They look good and seem like a good option for overnight stay and leave vehicle while away. But that's just the look on the web. It's an old hotel that's had a splash of new paint. Desk staff is half asleep. They have "one" shuttle and it only goes once per hour. The driver will not help with...
