Our flight was cancelled at 11pm and United Airways put us up here. It took the shuttle 25 minutes to pick us up, even though it's a 5-minute drive to the airport. The room was fine, however, we were put next to the elevator and we could hear it going up and down all night. The girl at the desk...

We stayed at the Pearson Hotel on April 4th because it advertised and offered free parking for guests for up to 7 days plus we paid extra for 2 additional days. When we arrived there were no parking spots. We were told by the front desk to leave them the keys and they would park the car when spots became...

Checked into the hotel. It took about 40 minutes. The staff was not the friendliest and was not about to cater to our needs. Went to the room and noticed the bed looked like it had just been slept in. The sheets looked soiled and the room was filthy dirty. The back of the door had stains all over it....

Due to flight delays I missed my connection in Toronto and needed to book for 1 night. I booked the pearson hotel and then received a complimentary hotel stay at another hotel by the airline. I called the hotel and explained the situation and he was very unaccomodating irrespective of demand for the rooms and the fact it was a...

Friendly staff, older hotel could use some upgrading. But close to the airport! Shuttle runs every hour makes the commute a lot nicer. Continental breakfast was ok. No bar or restaurant so eat at the airport before u get there

The day that we arrived, parking was a nightmare. We managed to find one spot and quickly took it. Because of the parking situation, we opted not to chance leaving it and going out for dinner. (This hotel does not have a restaurant.). Ordering a pizza was our alternative. The front desk clerk was friendly and both check in and...

When we came in our room there was pee on the toilet seat, the TV was broken, the desk chair was missing and it was obvious that the room was not cleaned. It was disgusting knowing how horribly the rooms are cleaned and I will not be back.

We stayed at the Pearson Hotel from April 4th to 8th to visit our daughter who had moved to Toronto. We flew in, rented a car, so I can't comment on the shuttle service at all, since we didn't use it. When we arrived by rental car at the hotel, there were no parking spots. We were told to park...

i stayed here April 4, leaving the next morning at 4 am for the Dominican. I booked the room specifically to stay one night and park for 8 days and that was on my booking confirmation. However, when I arrived on April 4, at 7:30 pm , there was no where to park. I noticed dozens of the cars where...

Had to stay there because of a flight cancellation. It is close to the airport and it was the cheapest on short notice. The bathroom wasn't cleaned there was kind black hair everywhere in the sink and shower. Older style room, right next to the elevator. You could hear it every time it when up and down. Even on the...
