Damage deposit $100...a joke, broken down bed, paint peeling everywhere, dirty, smells awful, no water in pool, ongoing renovation, cheap rates speaks volumes!!! Front desk offered 10% off...not enough. Don't stay here!

First I have to say that the hotel staff were great. The front lobby was nice. The rest of the hotel was filthy, the dirt was ground in to the carpet, the wallpaper was peeling, missing chunks and scribbled on. The smell was terrible. There was a bug crawling around the bathroom. And the place didn't feel safe. I was... More

I am dumbfounded that Expedia would even recommend this hotel to its guests. We booked a flight+hotel deal that included this hotel because it gave us the most convenient and affordable flight to YYZ on an airline brand that we trust. We did not check into this hotel until past midnight. Upon arrival, we immediately felt uneasy because it was... More

For starters, the management (Front Desk Manager Yash is a complete Douche) is awful. Very inconsiderate, not at all friendly and absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I travel constantly for business and personal reasons and this place is a disaster. Hotel is more like a cheap hostel. Agree with mostly everyone that this may be the... More

This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed at. I have travelled extensively for business and we were appalled at the condition it was in, I barely know where to begin. Was it the 2 cockroaches in an empty food container, the bedbug on my friend's pillow (which was reported to the Toronto Board of Health), perhaps the massive... More

Booked a room for the night and were put in room 258. First- the hotel staff is great. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. He got us a mini fridge sent to our room since we had medical supplies that needed to be refrigerated. The lobby is nice, the hallway could use some work but... More

You have been warned, worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. Breakfast consisted of toast, cereal,l coffee and juices. Seating is filthy, I would not sit there. No water in the swimming pool. It took over 10mins to get someone to answer the phone, I was at Toronto airport and needed a shuttle pick us up, after 12hrs of flying... More

The place is filthy and reeks of cigarette smoke (even though it is supposedly smoke free). The swimming pool had no water in it. The internet does not work. Free breakfast consists of toast and coffee. Furniture is ancient. Wallpaper has stains and tears on every interior wall. They do have free parking, but it is about half a kilometre... More
