Had to change room...air conditioner not working. Next stay changed room because it was dark and dirty. This hotel needs a good cleaning, and drapes and bedspreads need to be replaced. Hotel advertised breakfast included in price of room but there was no breakfast and no discount for it. The pool was not up and running. I booked through Booking.com...

We stayed there the night before a trip to Barbados and on our return also. The building is solid but in much need of repair and updating. Very large complex but a bit dingy. Parking lot poor condition, door to building from lot no lock steps in need of repair, food available but just OK, bar fit but many locals....

Never again. I would not stay at this hotel again if it were free. Hair everywhere in the bathroom. I wish I reviewed the hotel before booking. Hotels like this should not be allowed in Canada. Yikes and Ewwwww!

The worst hotel i have ever stay in. Dirty, it smell as hell, even it says no smoking , the smoke odor was terrible. NO toilete paper, whe we requested they told us to look for it in front desk and the guy in charge Angel said that if I was not happy to leave the hotel. Bathroom soo dirty,...

The dirtiest most disgusting hotel We have ever been in. We travel quite a lot and use park and fly on a regular basis. The Toronto Plaza told us at time of booking it included breakfast. Upon check-in we were told "we don't do that anymore". After seeing how filthy the place was, to include room carpet so dirty it...

We purposely booked this hotel because it advertised it had an indoor pool and Continental breakfast included. Hotel under renovation in an effort to update this dingy dirty hotel....pool was empty, no breakfast. ..we were told that kitchen under renovation so no breakfast available. Bed clean and super comfy, all staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly but they are saddled with a hotel in really bad shape. Mildewy air, rusty sink, previous guest's makeup smeared on bathroom door. Hallway and exit doors without handles. Stay away until renovated! Pool drained, patio filled with garbage, visible vents stuffed with insulation.

We read reviews before booking but since we were only staying 1 night on a quick pass through to Maine, we figured "how bad could it be"? Awful. That's how bad. They're clearly in the process of renovating but it seems as though they're renovating everything at once but not one thing has been completed. Peeling wallpaper, spackle all over...

I decided to reserve this hotel because it was near the Pearson Airport in Toronto. I was hoping at least a half way decent hotel that would suit my needs but that wasn't the case. My flight from West Palm Beach was delayed. I ended up being rerouted from LaGuardia to Atlanta. By the time I got to the hotel,...

Where to start... I read all of the reviews on this hotel before I stayed here. I was curious to see if it was as bad as everyone said it was. First off, they are renovating the main floor, and pool. Although I feel that the renovations need to be made everywhere, this is a good start. Once checked in...
