Rooms are dark and dingy; bathroom tiles have mildew/mould. I was there on business. For the same cost I have stayed in other hotels far more superior.

I had the best time in this Ramada hotel because it is located downtown Toronto with easy access to all the best attractions. Though the parking for the night was $28 CAD, I had nothing to regret about. They offer some of the best amenities. They have a great spa, restaurants, and nice lobby. This is a great and elegant...

We absolutely love the pillows! There were plenty of them and these pillows are like sleeping in the clouds. They had just the right amount of firmness and softness to make sleep heavenly!

Despite bathroom and carpet upgrades, this is still an old and tired hotel. Most of the window seals have failed, making it hard to see out of the windows. I booked a month in advance over hotels.com, and got a rate a third of what they were charging a few days before our conference, so I felt I got good...

The building is modern, and are included a swimming pool, a squash court, a sauna and a fitness center with good choice of equipment. The room are good for two and three people. The bathroom is pretty with a good and powerful shower. In the room miss a general light only table and abat-jour light. The wifi is discret and...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
