As a lifetime platinum member with 1400 lifetime Marriott night, this property may well be the worst I’ve stayed in anywhere.
Room size was ok but poorly equipped. Small desk that’s too small to sit at and use. Tiny TV that’s worthless. Poor AC system....More

Eric L - Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Toronto Hotel with us. I am sorry to hear that it was not what you have expected. Your feedback is truly appreciated!
Great location on Young Street, close to College Street Line 1 Subway making it easy t get around. Even close to a hop on and hop off bus stop. Room was great on the 8th Floor and was clean. The hallways need a renovation but...More
We stay here for a family reunion close to the hotel. It was wonderful experience. Room was excellent with lot of space. Quiet and clean. Personal was very friendly. Small place to eat. It was snowing but they shovel the parking areas very soon
I had a double double room on the 9th floor and was extremely satisfied with all aspects. The restaurant was great and they made my off the menu 3 eggs and fruit every morning with no hesitation. The workout room was also fantastic and I...More

At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of
vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
