It says wheelchair accessible, but we could not find that entrance. Had a hard time getting a leg up that step to get into the wheelchair accessible doors. Did not like reception on the second floor at the back of the hotel. The hotel is good. Nicely updated, we had a suite which was nice and big. The towels were...

Needed a place close to subway lines to attend downtown meetings without having to drive and stay down town.. this hotel is <1km from Downsview subway station and a short distance further to Wilson station that has lots of parking and close to 401. This place could use some updating but nothing urgently. Value is quite good, free parking, free...

Clean, spacious rooms with a 5 min walk to the Downsview Metro station & a continental breakfast. I stay here when I visit Toronto because it is a walkable distance to the Sheppard/Bathurst cultural district. Beware this is an event centre, so ask for a room on a renovated floor away from the banquet halls. The staff is polite &...

I stayed in the hotel in the beginning of October 2016. The room was fine and clean. It has small kitchenette with sink, coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. However it took me two days to get someone to make a room. The only vending machine was broken and there was not complimentary bottle of water on the room. Good...

So I read reviews about this hotel before booking it. The reviews are both good and bad, but nothing consistent and so since I regularly stay at hotels around the city I figured I would give this one a try and see what everyone is talking about. I got the executive room which includes a little kitchenette. I walked in...

If you want a cheap place to spend the night this is your place. In general clean, spacious room, fairly quite. This hotel is below par to the regular 2-3 star hotel. Breakfast is mediocre. There are a lot of party rooms in first floor, which makes for a awkward way to find the sleeping rooms. Personnel is also below...

Don't expect much from this hotel. The rooms are big and look comfy but the air conditioners are very old and need to be fiddled with! The wifi connectivity and data rates are very pathetic. Room service is descent but slower. The room was equipped with satellite TV connection and pretty good coffee/tea brewing machine. The complimentary breakfast is very...

A horror story. It's 1 am and I'm on the third floor and my windows are rattling from the music coming from the event centre on the first floor. My complaint s to the front desk are ignored. Who cares about clean sheets if you can't sleep

Our family stayed one night at this hotel. Initially after reading all the negative reviews here, I hesitated to stay at this hotel. However, the rate was very good (booked a day before arrival), the reviews at bookings.com were decent, the location was convenient (quite close to downtown), and we were going to sleep and leave the next morning. I...

Website pictures are the nicest part of this hotel unfortunately 1 picture is NOT worth a 1000 words. Check in process was good. Asked where nearest substation was and she told me a short walk...I asked if I can do at night and she just stared at me which answered my question about safety. Got into the room and it...
