My boyfriend and I decided to stay here before our flight to Cuba, for park n' fly. Baljit was the man at the front desk, and he was wonderful. He had great customer service skills and an awesome sense of humour. He explained the whole process to us for parking the car and getting the shuttle, it was literally foolproof.... More

We booked the Carlingview for one night (returning from a trip). Doreen had checked us in and was great help with info about the hotel were we could get something to eat. Rooms are very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel offers a continental breakfast with a cozy little setting. Would recommend staying here for sure. Thanks again... More

We stayed here on our way to Montreal and on our way back. The hotel is really quiet considering its distance from the airport. From our room, you couldn't tell you were at an airport. The shuttle service was great and the drivers were very cool guys! We thoroughly enjoyed their humour and jovial comments. The price was very reasonable... More

3 night stay. Hotel is within 1 mile of the airport and close to some really nice bars and restaurants. Check in quick and easy. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Decor and bathroom a little dated but the main thing is it was clean, tidy and looked after. Very comfy large bed. Decent quick wifi. The hotel is right... More

Spent one night at the Carlingview Hotel while in Toronto. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from the airport. However, you need to call and request it. Once requested, the shuttle comes with a wait time of approximately 20 minutes. The hotel itself is situated behind the Marriott in a smaller building. Check in was quick and the room... More

During our recent visit we were greeted by very friendly staff. Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The pool next door was a little small but our kids still enjoyed it. I found the hot tub small and not even hot. Despite the pool incident we weren't there specifically to swim so it wasn't a big deal.... More

I was very happy that I had flown into Pearson and not had to park a car in their off-site lot. My dh and I found that incredibly annoying the one time we were here before. However, this time things went much smoother. Kerry checked me in at the front desk and could not have been more personable. I took... More

This hotel is right on Carlingview just 10 mins max from the airport terminals. Shuttle arrangement is not too good, you have to phone and request pick-up. There are phones inside the airport terminals but they weren't working both times I was there, so I had to ask to borrow a phone. Otherwise, a great hotel, several places along and... More

Checkin/check out was a breeze. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
