Stayed here with weeklong parking...they have excellent service with a large minibus type of vehicle and have 24 hour airport service so that was the reason we chose this place...plus very close to airport at a reasonable rate. Self parking for an 8 day park...however, was surprised at how small the parking area was...maybe room for 30 vehicles in the... More

Despite the fact that the room was fairly clean, it was quite shoddy, fixtures broken, bathroom shabby, we got our shuttle to the airport just fine, so we were willing to overlook the accommodation. Coming home, total different story. Waited over an hour, told by a rude staff member when we called the 3rd time that the shuttle had been... More

Stayed here as a place to stay night before flight and park car while we are away. It was a clean decent place to stay. The trip to and from the airport on the shuttle was easy. Definitely served its purpose.

The hotel was convenient overnight stay to catch an early morning flight. The hotel shuttle was on time. Did not use the restaurant but coffee and snacks were on hand in the morning. Disappointed that we had to pay for a bottle of water which I thought was complementary as it was on the counter. Remember to read the tag... More

Looks old. Feels olds. Smells old. Advertised as newly renovated but it is not!!! I guess lesson learned...it is worth it to pay more for newer! Don't waste your money here. There is a better hotel next door...Marriott Courtyard...not much else to say..

Booked by mistake - price was same as the good hotel we usually stay at near the airport - not cheap! Found this place to be run down, cheap uncontrollable heat / ac units - not a central system with thermostats. Strong smell of insecticide throughout, uncomfortable chairs, no dining room / restaurant (bad when it's pouring rain and you... More

Stayed here a few years ago. Loved it then and still do. We arrived after a late flight but free shuttle to pick us up (with a phone call) as it runs 24/7. Friendly and efficient check in. Room was average but found it noisy in the hall at night. Breakfast is only coffee and muffins. The restaurant attached to the hotel was closed for renovations.....too bad they do not let you know when you book the hotel or when you check in.

Very pleasantly surprised by the high standard of accommodation and service provided at such reasonable cost. The one week parking package is the best deal around Pearson and the "on demand" shuttle service to and from the Terminals was excellent, better than far more expensive hotels. We stayed in room 102 which is non-smoking and in very good condition. However... More
