Absolutely my favorite place away from home to stay!! I have been coming here for the past year and I love the intimacy, cleanliness and coziness of the hotel. The staff are respectful, professional and very welcoming. I want to extend my gratitude to Karla Ibbara for making my stay memorable, she went above and beyond with every attention to detail. A true gem, can't wait to go back.

Hotel's Favourite
Everything from start to finish was so easy and so pleasant. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful, the room was large and very comfortable, the bed was great and the view from our room was amazing. It’s in a great location and there is a street car stop literally out the front of the hotel. I can’t fault anything with our stay.

I stayed here while I was at a conference. I loved the hotel. You have secure unground parking, the rooms are large and clean and you are walking distance to many popular attractions; CN tower, Roger’s Centre and Ripley’s Aquarium. You are right on the waterfront and the street car runs right in front of the hotel. There are many restaurants/dining options on site and within walking distance. I had one little issue with my room and they were quick to find the issue and found another room right of way for me. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this location.

Room Tip: Getting to the hotel can be a bit of a challenge. Streets are very tight and narrow.

The room was satisfactory, but several issues marred my experience. The lack of soundproofing made it easy to hear neighbors, particularly disruptive at night. As there were no blackout curtains in the room, the glaring city lights outside were unavoidable, which interfered with the sleep quality as well. There was a general lack of concern for guest comfort, as my request for room changes or other minor needs were consistently denied. The housekeeping started knocking my room thirty minutes before the official check-out time. I do understand that they wanted me to free the room as soon as possible, so they could clean, but the room was paid for till a certain hour, and bothering guests before that time was rude. Still, no one seems to care, as they didn't even asked me how was my stay during check-out. And the request to print my bill was rejected as well - the receptionist said that I should contact Expedia for that.

The hotel is down on the harbour front and is I think close to a lot of the attractions in Toronto. We checked in with quick and ease the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was large with a very comfortable bed , clean and we had a view of CN tower. I would highly recommend this place as it’s great value for money and so close to the water.

Very big room. Modern, recently renovated. Huge firm bed. Big screen TV. Large bathroom with walk-in shower (but the soaps dispensers didn't work - design flaw). Within walking distance of Billy Bishop Airport: excellent hotel choice when your airline let you down at the last minute...

The king sized bed is comfortable and the room is a good size but that is where it ends. Noisy (you hear everything above and along side your room). The bar is minimalistic with no atmosphere at all. The fridge in the room was iced over, the phone in the room only worked on speaker (the handset would not turn on), the shower had mold where the glass wall met the shower base and the shower amenities were unusable as the bracket for the bottles was not set properly so it took three hands to pump the bottles and capture the soap or shampoo. The closet hanging space was very small so no room for twelve men’s suits, 4 shirts and a winter jacket.

Great position for the CN tower, aquarium and Rogers centre. Also for the train station only a short walk through the sky tunnel. The hotel room was large and good size bathroom too. Quiet, great staff and room maid. Amsterdam brew house is about 25 yards away, great place to eat and city bus tour stop just outside hotel. Right near the ferry to the islands too. Lots of other places to eat right near hotel, Tim Hortons. Recommend golden eggs for breakfast and the Churro cart just near there too. Highly recommended for position. Although by a fairly busy road we were not disturbed by traffic noise or people around. Great sound proofing.

We spent two nights at the Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect for getting to the CN Tower and other downtown attractions. The staff is wonderful! I have to give special recognition to Kertricia, who answered all our questions and helped us get last minute tickets for the Hop On/Hop Off bus. She is truly an asset to the hotel!! Our room was beautiful, with a terrific view overlooking Lake Ontario! We loved watching the planes land at nearby Billy Bishop Airport—which is walking distance from the hotel, FYI. The bathroom was spacious, too. We are already planning a return trip to Toronto to watch the Blue Jays play our favorite baseball team and will definitely be staying at the Radisson Blu!
