Our positive experience started at the check in desk where the service set the standard for our stay -excellent. The room was well appointed (although the air conditioning was not strong enough). Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, great location and very good vibe. We were sorry not to have used the spa. The only...

I like staying at nice hotels and this Park Hyatt is one of the nice ones in Toronto. As a Hyatt gold card member I appreciate the personalized attention when we were checking in and we were upgraded. I belong to various hotel loyalty clubs and it is very nice to see hotels be consistent in bestowing membership perks. The...

My wife and I stayed at the Park Hyatt Toronto for 2 nights, arriving in the mid afternoon after a drive up from our home in Buffalo. The problems started even before we arrived. In the morning, before we left our house, I found an email from the Hyatt's consierge telling us that the gas would be off for most...

We are sorry to hear of your disappointing stay experience. The city of Toronto had to undertake some gas main repairs which required a shutdown of gas to our building. Your comments will certainly be helpful to our team in the event of a similar situation and our communication to our guests. Your comments have been shared with our team...

Stayed here this weekend. Hotel is beautiful a 10 min cab ride from downtown. I liked the location because it was not in the busy downtown but close enough to get to there. Lots of restaurants and shops near the hotel. Property is gorgeous only problem we had was a dirty tub but they quickly corrected the problem and covered...

Stayed for two days on vacation. Five star service, four star surroundings. Did not enjoy that there was an expresso maker instead of a coffee maker with too little cream and sugar. Had to take some the mini-bar contents out of the refrigerator to make room for our personal perishable items. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Still...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
