Great place to stay and a perfect location. A block from Yonge and Dundas square and the Eaton Center. Wonderfully warm front desk and very efficient as well. Rooms were very clean but quite small. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were lovely. No on-site parking but there was an underground lot across the street for $25 a...

Stayed here for 3 nights over the weekend. Was perfect for a girls weekend, right next to the Eaton Centre for shopping. It is a new hotel and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Downside would be no free parking and no possibility for room service(for those of us who had midnight munchies).

My partner and I chose the Bond Place Hotel because we had received two free room nights as part of a car company promotion. It is a high-rise hotel with 17 floors (if I recall correctly), located in the heart of the city a block from Yonge-Dundas Square. The location is pretty ideal for those thinking about theatre outings or...

The good thing about this hotel is the location. Bed is just OK, Renovations were made on a very tight budget, furniture are really cheap, no water pressure, and please do not eat at the restaurant on 1st floor. Even the ingredients they use for cooking are cheap. But the price is all right for Toronto. Im in TO every...

I had booked a night stay in Toronto because i had a MRI at St Mikes the following morning and i clearly made a bad decision because i was being cheap quite frankly and i had booked another hotel in the area. Upon arrival at this other hotel (which should have been classified a HOSTEL!!! i am really not kidding)......

Nice hotel, in the dunbas square area. Good bed, modern facilities. No breakfast in the reservation, but full of restaurants around. WiFi 8,95 + taxes for 24 hours...In 2017... I can't understand it yet. Anyway, nice hotel. I would repeat if I come back to Toronto city center

The Hotel is well located near the Dundas subway stop. Rooms are small, but clean and well designed for the limited space. Had stayed here about 20 years earlier when the rooms seemed like they were in a college dorm. The renovation they had done some years back provided a huge improvement. You may not want to stay here if...

We stayed at Bond Place because it was close to the Dundas subway station and we were going to a Maple Leaf Hockey game. Well it did not disappoint for location. We left the hotel at 630 and we were inside the air Canada centre at 650. The Dundas subway station is pretty cool itself and there are many restaurants...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
